We did not stay. We left 45 minutes after we saw the room.
Pros:

The king size bed was soft and comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you have kids. Pool is spacious.

Cons:

There were large stains all over the carpet. We booked a view of the bay. We were placed in a small corner with a view of a bike rack, trees and bushes. There is NO OVEN. Hot plate only. No pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. Bring your own. Molding coming off the shower. There is NO ELEVATOR. You're hiking your belongings up the steps. I felt like I was back at summer camp. It's very crowded and noisy. Kids running everywhere. Parking is tight. This is not the place for a quiet couple's retreat.

Pros:

Loved the location! Right on the bay so had beautiful views and only 1 block from great restaurants! 1 block more and you're on the beach! Also... the general manager Aryan... she is awesome and a beautiful soul ❤️

Cons:

The shower pressure could definitely be improved!

Enjoyable, and good for kids but wouldn't want to stay more then 2 nights.
Pros:

Location was perfect. The view was nice. The A/C system was excellent. Kitchenette didn't have plates or silverware available, had to ask front desk.

Cons:

Price was steep for the amenities offered.

I loved that it was in walking distance to the bottle and cork. I was going for a concert.

We had the kitchenette, and there was no pan to cook in. There was no toaster, which I was told that the toaster is shared around the whole motel one toaster that’s unbelievable.

Always a pleasant stay at the Bay Resort and looking forward to next year.
Pros:

The office staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We look forward to seeing them each year we visit Dewey Beach.

Cons:

Property could use some updates but location is perfect. Especially being the bay for the fireworks.

The location and size of the rooms are fabulous. Can't wait to come back.
Pros:

The room was wonderful. We had a room with 2 double beds. The room included a small table and 2 chairs along with a dresser and nice size TV and cabinet. The room even included a small kitchen area with sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. They even provided plates, utensils, etc. Everything was extremely clean which is a big plus. We were on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the bay.

Cons:

The resort does not have an elevator, so being on the 3rd floor made it slightly difficult to carry all of our bags up a couple flights of stairs.
