Ok, but hidden costs it seems.
Pros:

Easy to get to. Great location.

Cons:

I was charged for parking, which was stated to be complimentary, so that's frustrating. In addition, the bathroom had stains on the floor, not seeming entirely clean.

It was peaceful and comfortable
Pros:

We were on the ground floor with a patio outside with chairs and a small table. The sunset was outstanding and also the wildlife in the bay

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time

Pros:

Loved the property have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. It is a great place to stay.

Cons:

Not sure if this was a one time thing.. but I tried to check in shortly after 4pm and my room wasn’t available until 6:30pm..

Good location, but will not be back

Cons:

The rooms are fine. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable so just based on that I wouldn’t stay there again. I also had a terrible check-in experience. It took almost 30 minutes until the young man at the front desk even was able to assist me. He had a difficult guest, so not his fault, but he didn’t once say anything to me like “I’m sorry for the wait; I’ll be right with you” - nothing. When he finally did get to me, he mumbled about the wait. He also wasn’t clear about the parking situation and how it was an extra cost on the room and not part of the booking I did online, and then when it was finally done and we walked out, he had to chase after me because he needed me to sign some other form he had forgotten but only said it was because it was “important to them”. The room itself was a standard Dewey hotel room (carpet grossed me out). The bathroom was super tiny. If you’re in your 20s, go for it.

We loved this stay.We will for sure be back.

Staff was super helpful and nice ! The location was awesome. Very cute dock behind the motel. Room was clean.

The Staff were very accommodating and nice.

Cons:

The Room was run down and not maintained. The shower was also not maintained. There were stains on the carpet. The replacement refrigerator was on its last leg and in the way of our closet space since the original one was screwed shut. I paid for a pool view and all I could see was a cement slab near the pool. A/C was leaking rusty water on the patio and there was bucket instead in the room under the A/C Unit. I felt disappointed with the whole experience except for the staff.

Cons:

Well we went through booking .com and the things they had us to see, wasn’t what we experienced. In the description it said private parking if you needed a bigger space they had a private area for 14 or 17.99 a night. We traveled to Delaware for my granddaughter who races sprint cars she had a race at Georgetown speedway it was over a 3 hour drive so we got 2 rooms for us and the crew so we would not have to drive home so late after working all day and racing till late. But there was no place to park the truck and trailer, if going through a third party contact to find a place to stay the hotel should check that everything that is on the site is correct other then that I will say 5.

Comfortable bed, good location but housekeeping was terrible and it would have felt nicer if it was updated.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came in. Coffee, towels, and toilet paper never refilled. With what they charge they can afford a face lift. Outdated kitchen and poorly stocked.

Would go again for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, complementary coffee, friendly staff.

Cons:

It's an old building and could use updating. We had a hard time not tracking sand in everywhere. Shower was ok but still had sand trapped in hair and got in bed linens.
