Beautiful views from the bayside rooms.
Pros:

The location is beautiful and very convenient to restaurants and ocean. It is right on the bayside with beautiful sunsets.

Cons:

Our room could use a thorough deep cleaning. The staff did respond quickly to replace burnt out bulbs and clean the A/C vents. They had water issues during our stay ( broken water main and next day no hot water) that were beyond their control and were repaired quickly. The bed was comfortable and they provided ample towels. The room had a “kitchenette”with a small stove that has seen better days. They are doing some renovations that will hopefully improve the rooms.

Okay for a quick overnight.

The bed was comfortable.This is why I gave it a 6.The Girl at desk was pleasant.

Cons:

No view from slider.Just a dirty,run down pool.We had to keep blinds shut because there were other patron’s looking in our window.
Room smelled moldy.Kitchen area very dirty and rusty.Outdated.Bathroom shower,was very moldy.Thick mold on shower head.And on tiling.Floor of shower very dirty.Light fixtures in bathroom were very rusty.The room was very old and needs makeover.

My stay at the Bay Resort was pleasant.
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and friendly! The location to all the restaurants and bars in Dewey was super convenient. The price per night was unbeatable!

Cons:

The appliances were outdated and the pool was filled with dirt and moss. Even though it was too cold to use the pool, it makes me concerned because I’ve used it in the summer and makes me question the cleanliness and safety of the water.

Have to pay to park. Tv remote did not work. Nothing special about the place. Lots of noise from room above us. Fighting in the middle of the night. Smell of weed into our room.

It was a great location and a good room, we would stay there again.
Pros:

The price and location was fantastic! We had a room facing the bay. It was very clean. The pillows where very comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. But otherwise we enjoyed it.

Easy to get to. Great location.

Cons:

I was charged for parking, which was stated to be complimentary, so that's frustrating. In addition, the bathroom had stains on the floor, not seeming entirely clean.

Comfortable bed, good location but housekeeping was terrible and it would have felt nicer if it was updated.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came in. Coffee, towels, and toilet paper never refilled. With what they charge they can afford a face lift. Outdated kitchen and poorly stocked.
