The view
The location is excellent right in the heart of entertainment and restaurants. The bay side view is gorgeous. The desk staff were excellent.
The building is old, but clean. The corners in bathroom were dirty, we didn’t have any wash cloths or face towels and didn’t get any until next day. The mattresses and pillows need upgrading. Pillows are lumpy and mattress had sagging where bodies lay. The carpet was clean and room smelled clean. The air conditioner worked great but was noisy and old. For the money we paid I will be staying down the street at Hyatt next time.

The hotel could use some renovations...fixtures are well cared for but worn.
It was a great location, right on the bay and walking distance to the beach, stores and dinning.

No breakfast, dirty room with dirt in the chairs, electrical outlets unscrewed, very outdated
Cleanliness, free parking for those who stay there, just update the rooms and check all outlets
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room to a Bayside view, which was spectacular.

Stunning view of the bay
Facilities were not clean. Drove up to overflowing trash container in the parking lot and unfortunately my guest room was not cleaned after the last guest.
There was lots of dog hair in the fridge, all over the bed covers, and the bathroom and carpet was not cleaned. I had to go to the front desk three times for help and show pictures. Although pleasant, the front desk could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns instead of simply recommending that I contact the manager in the morning.
While the manager promptly answered my email in the morning with an apology and refunded my payment, it would have been nice to receive a call to directly address this. My kids and I were very upset to have slept in unclean sheets if briefly and to have to leave late at night to find another property on a busy weekend
