Pros:

The accommodation is very well located. It is situated right in the city center, and almost everything is within walking distance. The Sagrada Familia is about a 20-minute walk away, and many other attractions can also be reached on foot.

The room was very well equipped. If someone wanted to cook for themselves, all the necessary utensils and appliances were available. There was a dishwasher, a washing machine, an ironing board with an iron, and the bathroom was also very good. Hot water was available at all times. Overall, the technical facilities and equipment of the accommodation were excellent.

Cons:

The reason I gave a lower rating is that the beds were uncomfortable, and the mattresses were badly worn out. Unfortunately, the staff were not continuously present, although that is understandably not necessarily expected in a place like this. However, we were also unable to reach them on the phone number provided for a day and a half.
The building itself is very poorly insulated. It has aluminum-framed windows, so all the street noise could be heard clearly inside. We stayed on the ground floor in room M02, and it felt as if there were no windows at all. There were two restaurants directly across from us, and together with the general street noise, it made sleeping very difficult.
In addition, the resident in the apartment above us seemed to be constantly walking around every morning from about 6:45 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. for some mysterious reason. Every movement could be heard. Therefore, if someone wants to rest after a tiring day and is a light sleeper, they will not be able to do so here.
When I communicated with the host by email regarding breakfast, I was told that we would be able to have breakfast at the designated location. To me, this implied that there would be a room or area within the building where breakfast would be served or made available. This was not the case.
Instead, every day we received breakfast in a cardboard box. The contents usually consisted of a small sandwich, a piece of fruit, a yogurt, and a fruit juice or smoothie. When we were away, these breakfast boxes were stored in the refrigerator for us, which was a very considerate gesture. However, by the end of the day, the sandwich had become soggy and cold, and by the following day it was almost unpleasant to eat.
As a result, apart from the fruit and the drink, we generally did not consume the breakfast items. Whether this type of breakfast is acceptable is something everyone must decide for themselves. To be fair, the packaging was tasteful, the presentation was nice, and disposable.

Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja, piękna kamienica, przestronny apartament, dwie osobne sypialnie i dwie osobne łazienki, bardzo czysto, zestaw składający się z gąbki, płynu do naczyń, kapsułek do zmywarki i pralki, także kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Kompletne wyposażenie apartamentu.

Cons:

W głównej sypialni słychać było odgłosy dochodzące z ulicy - pobliskich restauracji, ale jest to niezależne od właściciela obiektu. Materace mogłoby być trochę bardziej twarde ale to też kwestia bardzo indywidualna.

Cons:

직원이 없어서 서비스라는거 자체가 없었다. 체크인 하면서 문밖에서 한시간 기다리고 5박을 했는데 수건을 달라고 해도 퇴실까지 조치 안됨

L'emplacement de l'immeuble

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de réception, tout ce fait via un automate dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble.

Le soir la rue est un peu bruyante a cause des restaurants d'en face .

La literie était a revoir dans l'appartement que nous avions.

Barcelone est une ville magnifique et Murmuri est très bien situé.
Pros:

L’emplacement, et globalement l’arrangement intérieur

Cons:

Les lits d’une personne étaient très étroits.
Il n’y avait pas de petite éponge, ni un seul savon pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge.
J’ai connu plus d’un appartement hôtel où ces petites choses étaient disponibles.
