Résidence et appartement agréable
Pros:

Appartement bien placé proche de tout commerce et transport spacieux et confortable Placez au dernier étage la vue était dégagée et agréable

Cons:

Un problème résulte avec toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement qui sont mal réglées et laissent passer le bruit et les courants d'air. le système de Climatisation, chauffage qui a été bloqué nous n'avons pas pu mettre le chauffage au delà de 20°

The interior design and furniture could be better. It compare quite cheap to the building and everything else. The pillows were not very comfy.

Понравилось расположение отеля. Номер большой и хорошо оборудованный. Хорошие кровати. Регистрация через терминал самостоятельной регистрации.

Cons:

1. Сломана лейка душа.
2. Телевизор имел три программы, не подключен к нетфликс или любому нормальному набору передач.
Поработайте пожалуйста с коммуникацией с клиентами и уверена тогда отель станет отличным!

Excellent location & a good apartment.

Pros:

localisation is very central and near to transportation (metro/train). they helped for early check-in.

Cons:

breakfast is only breakfast box. i didnt realise it from web site. some cleaning issues in bathrooms. and although they helped for early check in, machine had problems to give room cards. but when i called call center they solved problem very fast.

Cons:

Если ресепшн, но без персонала. На ресепшен терминал для самостоятельной регистрации и получения карточек-ключей для открытия комнаты, с которым у многих возникают сложности. Ключи бывает не выходят, как у нас. Нас спасло то, что мы заселились поздно ночью и нас встречал администратор, который выдал нам ключи. Но мы видели как днем сидели люди и не могли получить ключи сами, потому что никого не было из администраторов.

Nepačilo sa mi na tomto ubytovaní, hluk z ulice taktiež hluk z vedľajších izieb. Raňajky, ktoré mali byť v cene ubytovania prichádzali neskoro až po 10: 00. Kúpeľňa a WC sa nedali uzamknúť.

Very modern apartment seemed to be newly remodeled. Offered free luggage storage locker. Has fridge/ freezer, cooktop and oven, small washer/ dryer, towel heater in both bathrooms and hairdryers. Lots of closet space in both bedrooms. Rainfall shower is amazing!

Cons:

Asked for early check in and was told ok. Went to check in early and was told room would not be available until after 1500. Came back and still not ready. Very frustrating. Bed sheets still felt damp that evening. 2 bedroom/bathroom but only 1 luggage rack.
