Great apartment in excellent location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, on a small quiet street , but very close to restaurants/ shops etc
Great communication throughout the experience , very quick to respond.
First time using an auto-check in machine in reception, but all went very smoothly.
Modern apartment, Combined lounge / kitchen/dining area but plenty of space for 4 and well equipped.
Good size bedrooms
Lovely balcony

Cons:

Nothing to add here - was a brilliant apartment for a group of four.

Felt safe

Cons:

Did wish we had a person at the desk in case we had any problems.! Happy we didn’t which was good. We don’t see anybody the whole time. At 11:05 we had knocks in the door presuming it was for us to check out.

Pros:

Location was very convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com. the facility details showed 2 bathrooms but when we reached, we were provided an apartment with 1 bathroom only. I told the property and booking.com that due to my daughters underlying medical condition, I cannot have a common bathroom for her but niether the property nor booking.com helped. They provided a credit voucher of a miniscule amount instead of understanding the need and resolving the issue.

The bathroom door was broken and we had to spend time in getting it repaired. The staff was helpful but it was difficult to reach them.

- Perfekt für Familien, die Barcelona erkunden wollen - ganz tolles Appartement
Pros:

- geräumig
- Badezimmer mit Fenster und super Wasserdruck
- ausgezeichnete Lage
- sehr ruhig
- super Kommunikation mit dem Personal über WhatsApp

Cons:

- die Küche ist mittelprächtig ausgestattet, in der Preiskategorie haben wir mehr als einen Spülmaschinentab und vielleicht ein paar Tücher erwartet

Lovely, quiet apartment in an elegant and handy location
Pros:

This is a quiet place to stay in a cool neighbourhood away from the tourist areas but still close enough to walk everywhere. It’s near local shops, restaurants and convenience stores in a charming old building that has been nicely renovated.

Cons:

We couldn’t navigate the self check-in but the staff helped us out. The iron and ironing board was not great quality and in our room two beds were under the aircon vent which was a little uncomfortable for our friends sleeping there. But overall we had nothing we didn’t like.

Pros:

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux, bien placé et calme à condition de garder les fenêtres fermées.
Nous avons eu quelques problèmes pour le check-in automatique, la machine ne lit pas les cartes d'identité étrangères. Heureusement, une personne de l'établissement nous a aidé pour finaliser les formalités.

Cons:

L'équipement de la cuisine est franchement sommaire : uniquement une casserole, pas de poêle, pas de passoire, pas de ciseaux, très peu de couverts.
Dommage, le reste est impeccable.

non facilissima la procedura per il check in automatico e assolutamente da non prendere la colazione se per più giorni... tutti i giorni vensono sempre servite le stesse cose (buone) ma dopo un po' stufano, molto meglio una colazione fuori in qualche locale

Sehr nette Lage, zentral und ruhig. Einfacher self-check in. Wir hatten Glück und konnten früher einchecken, das hat die Ankunft sehr erleichtert und war ein schöner Start in den Urlaub
