Great location, clean and comfortable but no staff for assistance in person or by phone.
Pros:

The location was perfect! Walking distance to lots of shops, and restaurants.

Cons:

Getting into the property was not easy on check in. We checked in around midnight and there was no one to provide assistance in person or by phone. We stayed almost 4 days and I saw a front desk person one time. We actually had to help another family get into the property for the same issue.

Pros:

The apartment is in a great location, you can walk nearly everywhere from there. We stayed in an accessible apartment, as one of my family is a wheelchair user, and the access to the building and the apartment is step free and the bathroom is fully accessible. The apartment is as described and in the pictures, it has everything you may need, including a kitchenette. It had a lovely balcony where we could rest after a day of sightseeing.
