Nice facility in College Station, Texas
Pros:

The breakfast was basic carbohydrates with no protein offerings. The grandkids were satisfied with the meal.

Cons:

Getting from the freeway offramp to the hotel driveway was tricky. We had to cross two lanes immediately after exiting to enter the driveway.

Staff, including how's keeping, were very nice.The place is super clean,and well maintained.

Cons:

Pool area needed tables with umbrellas, there was a towel shortage going on, and hallways needed touching up.

Will not be returning.
Pros:

Personally did not stay the night, conditions were really bad.

Cons:

Reservation room was not honored, given a downgrade. Room was very wet and humid. Beds had some stains. AC did not work. Did not stay the night and forced to find else where to stay.

I honestly wish I could get a refund for this stay. I did not enjoy it.
Pros:

I only liked the location of the hotel in reference to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Upon entering my first room, I saw stains on the walls. And when I entered the bathroom, there was a cockroach. I immediately asked for a new room, which I got. The new room had broken handles, cabinetry, and flooring in the bathroom. The sofa chair and lampshade were stained. And the microwave was dirty. There wasn’t that many options in the continental breakfast either.

Pros:

Breakfast was 7 out of 10, I had recently stayed at a sleep inn the prior weekend in Bullard Tx their breakfast was a 9 out 10 because they had more variety.

Cons:

Smelled a little old, rooms had some typical wear and tear things such as aC unit little noisy and door handles hard to shut.
