The day a stranger walked in our room on my son
Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Strangers walked in our room with a key to our room door while we were gone abd my teenage child was in the room alone on his computer doing his school work. An adult woman with her kids on my son the attendant have her our room key .

I won’t stay here again!

Cons:

For an amputee person i asked for an accessible room and the bath tub without a bench was impossible also the bed was too tall and soft!!

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed about the pool facilities under maintenance, and especially that staff didn’t

Cons:

Pool and jacuzzi were unavailable, and I wasn’t notified at checkin - I wasn’t made aware until I inquired about pool towels.
Because I booked through booking.com, there is a parking fee charged.
The property did waive the parking fee, due to my complaint about the pool/jacuzzi facilities being out of order.

The pool and hot tub were not available. Should have been a discount on the price of staying there.

Sideboard was damaged, had to switch the room also first room was not very clean. The other room same cold and unportable style. AC should turn off. Not the worth of the price

Pros:

Hampton Inns are always clean and comfy

Cons:

Some things needed repair. It’s so simple to have housekeeping or a maintenance person just check things once a week or once a month. It shouldn’t be the guest notifying problems. I don’t like someone going in my room if we’re not there or waiting for someone to fix issues.

Cons:

We stayed here in 2018. The condition of the rooms have aged. Carpet worn. Still clean and tidy. Breakfast better than some of the dearer hotels. Dissapointed spa not working due to previous weeks weather.
