Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Cons:

Neither of the computers or the printer worked. The guy at the desk fixed the computer but didn't bother to call my room to inform me. The computer was working again, but he neglected to check the printer.
A day or two before I arrived I received an email telling me that everyone in public spaces at the hotel was required to wear a mask, staff and guests alike. In reality, no one was wearing a mask. Not a big deal really, just odd.

Pros:

Amanda, the after/evening person was great. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Breakfast was better than expected and way better than the Hilton business class breakfast in Minneapolis.

Cons:

Minor...at 7 am for ten minutes there was noise outside my window that sounded like the halyard banking on a flag pole. May just have been the wind. Second minor issue, the doors don't just shut, they slam shut loudly waking everyone up who is nearby and not checking out at 6 am

Great stay, good location and value
Pros:

Location is very good. Easy access. Comfortable room and very clean. Newly remodeled.

Cons:

Bit of noise from ongoing construction/upgrades. We were warned from the start, and it was minimal.

Convenient location, friendly/knowledgeable staff, needs some updating.
Pros:

The convenience of location. We were attending a show at the Center which is right across the street.

Cons:

The heat register was very noisy and the thermostat wasn’t working properly.
