Personne de la réception : monsieur très dévoué à notre service, aux petits soins, sympathique, répondant à nos demandes ( musique à la piscine,préparation des vélos, plan de ville explicité, spécialités culinaires proposées au petit déjeuner...) Merci à lui.

Wir hatten so große Zimmer das war richtig toll.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir bekamen noch ein Sandwich mit zu unseren Auflug.
Das Auto konnte wir direkt dort Parken.
Würden wieder kommen.

El lugar es muy hermoso

L endroit est très tranquille et très propre. La propriétaire est un rayon de soleil. Je recommande et lors de mes prochaines séjours à Valladolid c'est là que ferez la location.

L'accueil, la gentillesse, les conseils et les bons petits déjeuner préparés par Margot.

Un endroit en désuétude et malheureusement non entretenu.
Le lieu reste charmant et les hôtes sont tellement à l'écoute et sympathiques que cela relève le niveau.
La hacienda est très éloignée du centre, même avec les vélos gentiment prêté, c'est très contraignant ( plutôt 8 min de voiture et 30 min de marche).

Maravillosa la atención, la habitación grande, espaciosa, cómoda, muy agradable, muy tranquilo, nos prestaron Bicicletas y fuimos a los cenotes en ellas, experiencia espectacular, desayuno muy completo, la piscina en la tarde después de conocer otros sitios excelente, existen unos Oxxo muy cerca y alli se puede comprar a buen precio

Lugar ecológico y preparado con mucho cariño

This property is homey and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk or drive into Centro Historico while staying in a quieter part of town. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and hospitable. We would recommend.

The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. They do all they can to ensure you have a great stay.
We had a different Mexican dish at each breakfast, with fresh fruits and yogurt.
Lots of very helpful tips received from the owner and the staff.
Room with character.
Not walking distance from the center, but much quieter.
Private secured parking.
Everything we had a problem with, was fixed the next day

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The sweetest lady is running the hotel and she is just great. The breakfast is good. And if you are heading out early you can get breakfast to bring with you. Parking is included and it is behind a closed gate. Bed was comfortable. Room was huge.
And while I might come of as negative in what I didn't like section. We did enjoy our stay here. Well worth the price!

En general todo bien, la anfitriona muy atenta.

Beautiful building and wonderful staff. We loved the clean swimming pool. The rooms downstairs are huge. The staff and the owner are the nicest people. The breakfast is delicious. We liked the location, within a 20-minute walk from the center. Just be aware that when it rains it is good to wear sandals/flip flops as the streets get flooded (the sidewalks are still ok, though). Overall, great experience.

Quiet place, beautiful and comfy, and the treatment and guidance to us as a tourist from Mrs Margot and her staff make us easy to know where and when about the places we want to visit in Valladolid and Maya ruins near
