Clean and tidy with full utilities

The hotel is very convenient, they gave you free parking coupon in which most hotel wont, the breakfast is also at papa rich shop downstairs. Overall i really like my stay

Friendly and helpful staff

Was complain to the staff my room 118 no hot water supply for shower during check out and the staff just reply me with "OK". Never apologies for the service and check.

The is a hole on the bead head board.

The room was spacious with 3 queen beds and they provided us with free car parking and breakfast at paparich together with free wifi. However, they do not have a lift and it is difficult for us to carry the heavy luggage to their lobby which is at the second floor.

I stayed there for 1 night. With family (2 children) No lift, and they give us room at level 3. We need to bring all the luggage by stairs. The toilet quite smelly. The give breakfast voucher that can be used at cafe below the hotel. Location is easy to find & free parking.

bathroom and lighting are good. Parking not a hotel private.

Bed bugs bite my wife and baby on first night. Was given another room the second night. The second room was ok. Fortunately...

Mosquitoes and feel hot at night despite aircond. Overall still decent for the price paid

自転車の旅で一人でこのホテルのシングルルームに泊まりました。部屋はとても小さいのですが、とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルの下階はレストランでコンビニエンスストアやカフェも近くにありとっても便利なロケーションでした。

Nice boutique hotel in the city. Open public parking, need parking coupon during weekdays. Hotel room was clean and tidy, quiet and relaxing. Our room included drinks and breakfast at PappaRich on the ground floor which was nice. Located on commercial shop lots, plenty of shops around for many different requirements.

Some hiccups during check in & check out due to inexperience staff. Need more training to improve frontdesk skill.
Yellowish towel, fully wet toilet roll. These the minus points.

Overall experience is good. Room is small but adequate. Breakfast is at downstair paparich with voucher.

overall the service and condition of the room is good. suggest the hotel to replace the old towers as look old in in colour

No car park so only give three parking coupons for two days. Quite a small room. Serve two welcome drinks by papparich Cafe. Breakfast also provides by papparich, too small for
a adult.

Just a reminder for those staying there and parked their car at parking lot to take note of week days and week end in Johore state. Got a parking ticket as it was Sunday and thought was a PH but Sunday not regard as PH in Johore, Overall, a good overnight stay.

Good location, there has some convenient shops and Cafe downstairs. To town area, also not far. Terrible is My family have to check out at early morning 4am as no electricity supply, we are not sleep well since 1am, and there has no back up plan for it. Quite disappointing on this part. Please improve the electric system.
