Friendly and helpful staff

Great weekend getaway with family. Room include simple and delicious PappaRich breakfast. Affordable room rates. Great experience staying here. This was my first ever visit to Muar, Johor. Will definitely come again in the near future.

Was complain to the staff my room 118 no hot water supply for shower during check out and the staff just reply me with "OK". Never apologies for the service and check.

Thoughtful touch of complimentary breakfast at Paparich, a life-saver especially on rainy mornings.

Miss the welcome drink vouchers though. No instant drinks sachets in room either. The chamber cleaning crew, bed linen and towels need refreshing. Wish the rooms smelt as good as the reception area!

Be warned of stairs to climb if travelling with wheeled lagguage or elderlies.

The room was spacious with 3 queen beds and they provided us with free car parking and breakfast at paparich together with free wifi. However, they do not have a lift and it is difficult for us to carry the heavy luggage to their lobby which is at the second floor.

Quite new hotel and pleasant environment.
The Paparich restaurant downstair is a bonus for those stay here as they give RM10 cash voucher. They also give parking voucher as courtesy. Walking to town centre will be abit far so best to drive. Overall WIFI is good.

I stayed there for 1 night. With family (2 children) No lift, and they give us room at level 3. We need to bring all the luggage by stairs. The toilet quite smelly. The give breakfast voucher that can be used at cafe below the hotel. Location is easy to find & free parking.

Ants can be found in the toilet and hair and sand on bedsheets upon check in. Seriously the cleanliness has to be improved. Feedback to the counter staff and has been told we need to feedback to management directly? Not sure how come counter staff can’t relay the message accordingly?

Need improvement in terms of fragrance. Good breakfasts. Location very strategic. Staff very friendly and politely especially young male staff. Good toilet and new tooth brush provided. Recommended for the tourist to visit Muar District. No private car parking.

Hotel Staff, especially the old uncle was very rude, beddings not good smell, lighting always off and on, i complain but do nothing. overall i have a very disappointed stay at this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay if you're in the area. Everything as expected- iron and blow-dryer upon request. Front desk staff really tried to make English speakers feel comfortable. Petpeeve- outlets not next to bedside.

Overall okay

Nicely located. Room was small but suit the price we pay. Receptionist were helpful. There is a nice restaurant downstairs that you can go to eat. We get vouchers which can be used as breakfast coupon the next morning. They also gave us parking coupons.

Cons: No elevator. Mosquitos in the room. Limited space to put in your luggage and do ironing.

Bed bugs bite my wife and baby on first night. Was given another room the second night. The second room was ok. Fortunately...

Mosquitoes and feel hot at night despite aircond. Overall still decent for the price paid

Best value in this town.
Cleanliness to be improved, stains on pillows and bed sheet.
