Loved my stay
The hotel was excellent in all respects except one.
The dinner was buffet style & at a cost of 3,000 per diner was disgraceful.The French onion soup was water with shreds of thin onion. The choice of meat was poor. Boiled beef is not popular but the capon was an insult. The carcass had been cut into chunks which had very little meat on them. Very disappointing
The hotel website advertises an a la carte menu. When asked why this was not available I was told meals had to be ordered in advance. What utter rubbish.
What was an enjoyable visit was spoilt by the buffet. Come on Panari you can do better than this.
The beds were great for sleeping, location and very quite. Nice hot water for showering.
The restaurant food was great being vegetarian however, i feel there needs to be more ventilation as we could smell the non veg food while eating at the restaurant. Its not common to have the meaty smell all round the restaurant seating area. But overall great hotel
The ambience
It is a great holiday destination. It was very cold at night even with the hot water bottle. Consider having extra covering for those who may require them.
Great resort high in the mountains (2300m altitude) located on the right hand side of the Thompson Falls gorge, about 5 minutes from the falls itself. Beautiful rooms (don't forget to ask for fire to be lit before you go to sleep), excellent service and amazing food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. Wholeheartedly recommended!
Great service from checking to check out.
Hotel is pretty but next to the road and room we were given was very noisy. There is no central heating..only fireplace that doesnt do a job of heating the room at all. They have heaters but appparently its not enough of them..we didnt get one.
There are good facilities at this property like health club..but its choses at 7 pm. To get there you have to wether have a long walk or call front desk to be transported.
Front desk never picks up phone when called from hotel room. I was afraid to go there and then have to walk back in chilli weather.

The room and beddings were very clean.
The Hotel is located where Oxygen comes from and the computed is big enough to offer social distancing so that one can enjoy the pure oxygen in the air everywhere in the compud.

Its a great place to get away to. Great service and beautiful rooms and environment with proximity to Thompson falls, Nyahururu town and the forest.
They had a buffet which was pricey but you could order off the menu for much cheaper. Super clean and friendly place. They also have warm water bottles they put in your bed to keep your feet warm since it's often cold here.
This is a true luxury hotel. Fantastic amenities and service. Not sure why it is only given 3.5 stars. Love the spacious cottage rooms with real fireplace to keep out nighttime chill. Restaurant serves top quality food at lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, though breakfast buffet was very average.

This hotel is close to Thompson Falls. It was quite chilly the night we were there and they brought us firewood for our fireplace and also put hot water bottles in our bed. The rooms all have a nice balcony with two chairs. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent!
Really good hotel with excellent facilities and a great view.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful but had issues in asking for anything as phones did not work and as hot water was not available in my room had to move to another room to bathe. Hotel is basic , not much to offer in terms of activity. Even Thomson falls is not visible from the hotel
