Udany wypoczynek w przyjemnym miejscu.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo ładny i klimatyczny. Widać, że mnóstwo pracy włożono w jego remont, pozostawiając również gdzieniegdzie oryginalne fragmenty murów oraz stolarki i odrestaurowane wnętrza. Ciekawie się zwiedzało :) W apartamencie na Podzamczu nie brakowało nam niczego, a podziemny korytarz to znakomite rozwiązanie. Teren wokół obiektu rozległy, można pospacerować i odpocząć. Basen w porządku. Śniadania smaczne i bardzo obfite - duży wybór wszystkiego. Personel pomocny, przyjazny i zawsze uśmiechnięty! :)

Dodatkowo ogromny plus dla restauracji i jej menu! Zajadaliśmy się pysznościami - jak dla nas była to opcja znacznie lepsza niż obiad hotelowy.

Wypadałoby, żeby dla gości hotelu parking był w cenie.

Fantastyczny odrestaurowany zamek, śliczne pokoje, czysto, fajna restauracja, basen, boiska, etc.

Cons:

Był jakiś spęd służby wieziennictwa i pomijając kwestie tego że trochę dziwne ze za państwowe pieniądze w takim drogim hotelu, to palili jakieś tony papierosów i pół hotelu tymi papierosami śmierdziało. Ktoś tam powinien zadbać o to, żeby ich odpowiednio umiejscowić z tym paleniem lub zamykać drzwi żeby się nie nioslo

Świetne rozwiązanie z możliwością poruszenia się podziemiami. Bez wychodzenie na zewnątrz w trudną pogodę można był wszędzie dotrzeć. Intersujący park zamkowy z miejscami do aktywności różnorakiej. Dobrze zorganizowany parking bez kłopotów można było w czasie pobytu wyjechać. Moim zdaniem najlepszy obiekt Arche plus podlaska gościnność - będziemy wspominać długo i na pewno wrócimy

Mieliśmy sytuację że zmianą pokoju. Obsługa profesjonalnie podeszła do tematu za co jestem wdzięczna bardzo. Dostaliśmy super pokój i wsystsko było oki.

Cons:

Minus taki że w zimie jak się przechodzi podziemiami między budynkami to było bardzo zimno, niestety tamtędy się chodzi na basen i trzeba się było okrywać żeby nie zmarznąć i zachorować. Trochę mały basen jak na taki obiekt.
