Staff rude behaviour.
Cleanliness.
Had to ask so many times just for a fresh towel.
Charging amount per day equivalent of a 5 star property while giving 3 star facilities.

Pros:

Service was very very bad. For a very small service we had to call multiple times for getting it completed. We reached the hotel at 12 noon and check in was done at 3:30, waited for more than 2 hours with a small baby. Also we had already mentioned a very small token for baby’s birthday which was also not fulfilled nor did they bother to do something for it. Overall the service was pathetic.

Cons:

Everything with the service needs to be better.

Complimentary evening tea with some snacks . Food was good. Breakfast was amazing 😋 and a good variety of breakfast.

As such rate wise quite expensive.

It was overall a good stay and I can recommend to all who are looking for a stay at Mussorie
Pros:

Property is in prime location and has free parking facilities. Good Breakfast and Dinner. Co-operative staff. Good Swimming Pool and SPA.

Cons:

Lift Buttons were not working properly. We were supposed to use 2 different lifts to reach the room.
