Pros:

WiFi was unstable to the point of unusable. I paid for a window view but the window was dirty. Breakfast service and hotel service was good.View from the roof was great!

It was a gem of a hotel in Mussoorie. The staff were friendly, helpful & did a great job in making us feel welcome, especially Amit, Jyoti & all the restaurant staff. Shabash!!!

Pros:

Terrible and rude staff. Though the property is good, but with the kind of staff especially their guards/caretakers, they don't know how to behave with guests. Also, food is of 'ok-ok' types.

Management did not have control of the property. There were group loud private parties in the bedrooms until early morning.
