Mucho frío sé que la calefacción no era suficiente pero se pueden usar alternativas calentamiento portátil o manta termica sobre todo para quien la requiera.b Al momento del pago por contratiempo personal el cual explique a la persona que me recibió. No pude realizar una transferencia. Yo optimizaria más el mecanismo de cancelación accesible para cuando existan inconvenientes.

Que había un personal que no se enteraba de nada saltaban los plomos nos decía que teníamos algo mal enchufado y no nos decía dónde enchufarlo entro a la habitación cuando mi pareja estaba en la cama que menos mal que no estaba desnuda por qué si no está queja no sería solo por aquí, un trato nefasto por no decir ninguna grosería.

NO RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

ENTRAN EN LAS HABITACIONES SIN QUE TÚ LES DES PERMISO. Además están detrás de las puertas cada cierto tiempo. Lo sé porque salí y tropecé con ella. Los inodoros y las duchas están fatal, resbalan y están a partes (el lavamanos en frente de la puerta de salida, el inodoro al lado de la ducha y hay que subir un escalón. Más incómodo imposible)
Te reciben con mala cara y por encima del hombro. Un desastre. No pudimos estar tranquilos. Tampoco se hacen cargo de tus pertenencias ya que faltó un cargador.
Sin tener servicio de limpieza (los qué se encargan de limpiar son los que están en recepción) no asumen que las cosas desaparecen por su culpa.
Aparte he salido un momento a hacer unas gestiones y cuando he vuelto tenía la puerta de la habitación abierta con todas mis cosas dentro, osea que entraron a pesar de no tener permitido hacerlo y sin estar nosotros.
Tengan mucho cuidado con este establecimiento. Además pueden cancelar la reserva sin explicaciones y no devolver el dinero.
