Pros:

Lovely staff.
Comfortable bed with nice tiles in the bathroom.
We stayed for one night before flying but drove into Fumicino to eat.

Great location
Pros:

Location is almost on the beach yet only 15 minutes from the airport. Our room had everything we needed for one night between flights.

Cons:

The aircon struggled to keep room cool (like most places in Italy this summer)

Fantastic host with great recommendations for food (we ate with the locals and it was amazing). Really lovely place, incredibly well insulated from the heat and noise from the airport. Basically on the beach and right next to free parking for property users. We booked it for one night before flying out of Fiumicino Airport and were worried about the noise, but you cannot hear a thing! I thought I was in a different place altogether.
