The worst experience of my life

Everything, there were cockroaches in the room. The apartments are not clean, floor is not mopped finger stains all over the apartments, I switched to two different apartments with same unclean and bad facilities, no parking and no helping with parking, very very old bathrooms, uncomfortable beds. By far the worst experience of my life

Pros:

Im really happy. Our family got a free upgrade. and the pool was big but very cold but the hot tub was okay.

Cons:

they didnt provide enough water for our family. and the breakfast should have had alot of options and could have been better for our family. Also the swimming pool was ice cold it was uncomfortable for us.
