During my recent visit to the hotel, I encountered very unprofessional behavior from the bellman at the entrance. As I stopped briefly to drop off my children at the elevator, he began shouting in a rude and disrespectful manner. Despite my clear explanation of the situation, he continued to act inappropriately and failed to show any courtesy.

Such conduct is unacceptable in a hospitality setting and reflects poorly on the standards of the hotel. Guests expect respect, professionalism, and assistance, not hostility. This incident has left a negative impression and, if not addressed, could harm the reputation of the property.

I strongly urge management to take corrective action to ensure that staff members uphold the values of hospitality and treat guests with the dignity and respect they deserve.

A disappointing stay marked by poor maintenance and discomfort.
Pros:

Nothing. Unfortunately, there was very little to appreciate during the stay. While the location was somewhat convenient, it did not make up for the overall lack of comfort, maintenance, and service quality.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. The shower was leaking, the air conditioning was noisy and did not cool properly, and the bathroom looked shabby and poorly maintained. The mattress felt very old, the pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the kettle had an unpleasant smell. They were understaffed, so the service was also very slow, parking was very inconvenient, and many of the amenities appeared broken or outdated. Overall, the property needs significant maintenance and improvement.
