During our stay at the hotel from October 12 to 14 2026, there were two things I particularly appreciated:
Friendly Receptionist: The receptionist was kind, friendly, and approachable, making it easy for us to communicate our needs.
Responsive Housekeeping: The housekeeping team was quick to respond whenever we needed assistance or requested something. Their prompt service was appreciated.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel from October 12 to 14 2026. Unfortunately, there were several areas that I believe need improvement.
Bathroom Towels: The bathroom towels need to be replaced with new ones. They no longer look white and have turned grey, which gives the impression that they are old and worn out.
Refrigerator: The refrigerator in the room was not working. I hope the hotel can ensure that all appliances are properly checked and maintained before guests arrive. Additionally, the shampoo and hand soap in the other bathroom were not refilled. I hope the housekeeping team can pay closer attention to these details to ensure that all room facilities and essential toiletries are properly maintained and replenished.
Wi-Fi Connection: The Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room, making it difficult to access the internet.
Non-Smoking Room: Although we booked a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. This was disappointing, as we expected a fresh and smoke-free environment.
Ventilation: The hotel should consider improving its ventilation system, particularly in the smoking areas, to prevent cigarette smoke from spreading into non-smoking rooms and common areas.
Breakfast and Overall Rating: In my opinion, the hotel currently offers a three-star experience rather than the four-star standard advertised or expected. I was particularly disappointed with the breakfast, which did not meet my expectations.
