It’s a superb 5 star standard in the most idyllic old world setting. Probably the nicest location I have ever stayed at.
Nothing
Very peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good quality food.
No hot water or heating in our cottage due to heating issue and as a result the cottage was cold at night and no shower facilities.
Beautiful location.Loved how it was set up.Peaceful
Staff friendly and helpful
I loved everything
Breakfast, dinner and the room were all fabulous. I have stayed before numerous times. Staff are especially wonderful.
One small downside was the lack of a flat sheet on the bed—when the room got too warm and I had to throw off the duvet, there was nothing lighter to cover myself with. Also no water in the baskets in the thermal.
Lovely staff, especially Lisa who was wonderful. Beautiful setting. Can’t wait to return.
Dinner was amazing with a fabulous view. Staff and service exceptional. Breakfast gorgeous with lots of options. Highly recommend a night or few here. Already bought vouchers as gifts !

Sehr sehr schön
Alles war perfekt
Beautiful old world setting . Buildings very tastefully restored .
The weather was wet and cold , which meant that moving from rooms to restaurants had to be done in the wet and cold on gravel which is not ideal for ladies in high heels and dresses . Trough badly lit areas .
I loved the whole stay. It exceeded my expectations and would definitely be back
The only thing that was slightly annoying was the sound proofing between rooms and the lobby area. It was very noisy when someone was coming in and out the main door and when people were in the room above us.
The staff are extremely helpful
