Excellent stay
Air was not that cold but it was ok
The price was not bad for the room I received. It was nicer than I expected and it even came with breakfast. The staff was nice and everything was very clean.
The pool not in the best condition.
The breakfast was not very good, the bacon after it was cooked it was served in a skillet in the grease. I have never stayed in a hotel that did that, even hotels that are considered not as good.
Stayed at this hotel for the second time with my wife and kids and we enjoyed our stay just as much as the last time we were there. They never disappoint! Only thing I will say is I requested my room to be cleaned since I was going to be there for 4 nights and they didn’t really clean it. I’m not a picky person or one to complain, but the last time I stayed here there wasn’t any issues and they gladly cleaned my room. So I’m not sure why this time they were lacking. Yes they did exchange my towels out and take the trash out and put new trash bags, but that’s about it. Other than that everything was great. It wasn’t a big huge deal, but I’m sure for some people that would be a big deal for them. Front desk staff is amazing! Probably the best staff I’ve came across from any hotel honestly. Ashley is very kind and helpful! Anything we needed or asked for she would get it for us quick. She made us feel like we were important and at the top of her priority list! Not at the bottom. She never once pushed us to the side and made us wait a while. Even though we could see she already had a lot on her plate. I really don’t know how she doesn’t get stressed out with all those people going up to the front desk all at once. She is the definition of great customer service! I will be coming to this area more often so when I do I plan to stay here for sure!

Very rude and disrespectful
The breakfast was great. There was a decent selection of food available. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable in that it was hard, but otherwise it was alright.
There was a domestic dispute in adjacent rooms. There was loud music, screaming, and fighting. The families had toddlers with them and they were screaming scared, and quite frankly so was I. I called the front desk at 3 in the morning to report the incident but did not receive an answer. I called 911. The police arrived promptly. Horrible experience.
Reception staff were great. The room was fine and clean initially.
Housekeeping were terrible and absent despite management telling me they had been on one of the days; which was incorrect. When they did finally arrive on my final day, they failed to clean mugs that I had left out to assess if they had been in the room. If they had been, they failed to clean them. People were leaving their rubbish out in the corridor to be collected. Atrocious service from this standpoint.
Breakfast was delicious! Loved it all especially the coffee!

Great property for business or leisure. Well maintained, friendly staff and met all my needs. Conveniently located near pretty much everything you need. Will definitely stay here again!
