The rooms were updated and well put together

Cons:

Doors very loud, kids running the halls all hours of the night. I get kids will be kids but between 1-4am isn’t okay.

Pros:

Nice to have a kitchen, bathroom is modern and spa like. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

This is supposed to be a no smoking property, but it is not. There is a smoking area on the front. directly below the vent which brings air into rooms and hallways.I was awakened by cigarette smoke the first night. Reception allowed me to move to a room on the back of the property which was better. When I checked in with my cat, I was surprised with a one time $100 pet fee, and a $30 administration fee. So instead of the $344 quoted it was $459, significantly more.

Staff was wonderful
Pros:

The kitchenette was adequate, fridge clean and rooms very comfortable and clean. Shout out to Anna! Good variety of breakfast foods overall but too many consecutive days of cheddar cheese omelette. I wanted the eggs without the cheese.

Cons:

The air vents in the bathroom were visibly dusty, flaring my allergies. Pillows were too bulky to sleep on. The daily charge for the extra night was unreasonably high. The pool was out of service the whole time we were there. :(

The staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was great. Location was ideal for the purpose.

Cons:

Our first room had baby roaches, the pool wasn’t warm and the floors in the hall were sticky.

Pros:

Every staff member was cheerful, helpful and welcoming. Great coffee and breakfast. Beautiful room. Quiet and comfortable. Ample parking. Starbucks and Chipotle very close by. Short drive (five minutes) to the center of historic Concord.
