Comfortable, homey, convenient.
Pros:

The front desk people were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Nick truly understands hospitality. They even remembered me when I walked in from a previous stay! My room was comfortable and clean. I love sitting outback by the fire pit and having a glass of wine. I had a great stay.

Wonderful outdoor area
Pros:

Jessica is the most amazing host and makes the hotel feel like home. I have stayed with her multiple times this year and she continues to be the best host.

Great birthday staycation
Pros:

I had a little staycation at the Courtyard Houston City Place for my birthday and I was greeted by Nicolas who was amazing! He offered us great recommendations and upgraded me to a high floor room. I also walked into a very sweet birthday card with some snacks and water. Nicolas provided wonderful hospitality and we will be back!

Pros:

The property was wonderful my only issue is the price I was given was NOT what I was charged. Also, it was our wedding night and I asked our room be cleaned please when we returned from the wedding with fresh towels it wasn’t.
