Comfy beds, very kind staff

I have previously stayed at this location and had no complaints so I wanted to bring my kids to let them bring their new new year and experience peace before we moved into our new home. We were celebrating our new home and also taking it easy because my sister‘s death anniversary. What I experience was a very bad customer service experience and a worker who was under full intention to attack me and my children, and also have us removed from the hotel because he was having a bad night, even called the police who did not agree with him, but had to do their job and also offered to vouch for everything that I’m saying right now I will be escalating this matter legally because I also didn’t get my money back and was forced to leave. He harassed my children and came into my room without permission. It was a traumatizing experience for my children and myself and also a terrible way to bring in a new year after dealing with so much bad things this year. I will never return back this hotel. My children cried the whole way home, including my autistic son, who didn’t even understand what was going on and you’re making us leave at almost midnight in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.

The staff was very friendly. The woman that checked me out looked up my Marriott Bonvoy number and was very friendly.

There was a great patio with a furniture and the breakfast was yummy.

The A/C sounded like a jet taking off and made it impossible to get a good night sleep. We informed the manager after the 1st night and were told they would send someone to fix it. As they only had 1 other room available with a single bed. We stayed a total of 3 nights and it was never repaired.

Checked into the hotel to find company I didn’t want in the bed…. I found a dead fly laying there…. Went down to the front desk and seemed like he didn’t really care

Horrible experience. No hot water. Complained to the front desk and they said Engineering would resolve the issue. Next night, still no hot water. Front desk sent employee Henry to the room and he said the water should be 140-degrees. It got as hot as 104-degrees! He said there's only 4 tanks for 93 rooms so hot water is hard to get. I asked Roxie at the front desk if I could speak to the GM. She said she was not sure if Beza or Latarja was the GM and gave me the phone number to the front desk. Horrible service, issue never got resolved, and I asked Roxie to have someone call me and they never did. So two weeks later they get bad reviews.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The Continetal breakfast was easily accessible and the seating comfortable. I would totally recommend staying here.
