An unforgettable experience thanks to the staff!
Pros:

I could not have been happier!
Not only is the Arlo a fancy, modern hotel right next to the Empire State Building. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and it was a nice place to hang out at even after the check out.

The best, however, is the staff. Never have I seen staff that friendly and radiant outside hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Yet they don’t have this well trained friendliness. They truly seem to enjoy what they do. Huge compliments to HR for picking the right people and putting them in the right places.

Special thanks to Jamilah, Chiara (or Kiara? So sorry, could not find the card before giving the review) and Eduardo. They made me feel absolutely welcome and they are the guarantee this was not my last stay at an Arlo. If people are this nice at all of their hotels, you sold me on it, totally!

This will be a stay I will always remember, thanks to these three beautiful human beings!

Cons:

It was amazing. If it had an in-house fitness, that would be the cherry on the cake.

Pros:

La localisation est incontestablement le point fort du Arlo Nomad mais la chambre -même si un peu petite- fait également partie des gros points forts de l’hôtel. La vue sur la ville depuis la chambre et le rooftop sont deux cerises sur le gâteau. Le staff est friendly sans en faire trop.

Bien mais très surcoté
Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue du rooftop et les fenêtres panoramique de la chambre

Cons:

Malheureusement trop surcoté a cause des réseaux, nous avions pris une chambre « vue ciel » mais nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur un mur et un bâtiment en travaux, donc les fenêtres panoramique sont bien mais avec une vue comme ça elles servent à rien.
L’agencement de la chambre est nul, le lavabo se trouve à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, pas de place pour les valises
