Perfect central hotel
Pros:

The hotel is modern and well equipped with clean rooms. The beds are super comfy. The staff were incredible and attentive, always happy to help. The coffee at the bodega was freshly brewed and exactly what was needed for a long day of exploring. The hotel is conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, making getting around really easy on foot or by public transport. We stayed in a City Queen room with the most spectacular room of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay again!

The location was better than I thought it would be. I haven’t booked room with a view but I got one and it was awesome!

Cons:

The room was really small. I stayed by myself so it wasn’t an issue but hard to imagine two folks there.

The views… WOW
Pros:

Everything! Too bad the rooftop was still closed when we visited because I think that’s a big plus for the hotel. Lovely but tiny rooms so if you have big big luggages might be challenging. We were only traveling with carry-ons so we were absolutely fine.
The location is just perfect, the staff so nice and helpful. Will for sure come back!

Great location and vibes, but not the most private bathrooms inside your room.
Pros:

Great location, the staffs were very accommodating, very clean, and worth it overall

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very private. The door doesn’t really close, and there are gaps where it’s not frosted out. So go with someone you are comfortable with otherwise…you will be too shy/nervous to use the bathroom.

Sky view king, for dreamers!!!
We loved our room even if it was cloudy in the am. So peaceful up there.
The staff is amazing and very nice.
Complementary water was a big thumb up.

Ljudet från luftkonditioneringen var mycket högt och störande, och badrummet var något slitet. Vid incheckningen krävde receptionen både pass och bankkort som legitimation, och i efterhand upptäckte jag att 100 dollar hade debiterats trots att vistelsen redan var förbetald. Vet inte varför detta gjordes. Var därför uppmärksam vid incheckningen och aldrig lämna ifrån dig ditt kort till dem

Pleasant experience
Pros:

I really liked the room and the hotel’s location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room was quite noisy from the outside, as there are many air conditioning units installed on the surrounding buildings. But I guess this is normal in New York.

Great midtown location for business travel
Pros:

Rooms are small but that met expectations. It was the perfect hotel for a work trip where I was not spending much time in my room. Location was great - very central midtown while still being a block or two from the busiest streets. Will stay again.

Bel emplacement mais bruits d'aération constants.
Pros:

Personnel sympa et prêt à aider pour des conseils ou des services.
La chambre était propre et le lit confortable.
Petit frigo nécessaire.

Cons:

L'aération de la salle de bain était en route en continu ce qui faisait trop de bruit et il y avait des odeurs mauvaises dans la chambre.

I would like to highlight that the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their service and willingness to help were truly appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The room was facing directly onto another building, which resulted in a very poor and unappealing view.

Additionally, the air conditioning system was unreliable and produced loud noises when turning on and off, often disrupting my sleep. This was particularly uncomfortable throughout the stay.

The overall comfort of the room was below standard, and the daily cleaning conditions were not consistent with what would be expected at this price point.

Considering the above, the experience did not feel aligned with the level of quality and value that Arlo promotes.
