Une magnifique vue mais malheureusement ça s’arrête là… dommage.
Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre King Size Sky est vraiment splendide, ainsi que depuis le rooftop, où on a l’impression de dominer une partie de New York avec une vue magnifique sur l’Empire, le personnel est très sympa mais…

Cons:

Les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix, nous avons été très déçues tout au long de notre séjour : volets roulants qui ne marchaient pas (on adore la vue mais à 3h du matin on aimerait ne pas être réveillée par la lumière des building), la porte de la chambre qui s’ouvre sans la clé avec un seul petit coup d’épaule, une des tables de chevet coulissantes qui était bloquée, le tiroir dessous le lit qui ne faisait que s’ouvrir, bref… sans parler des rangements qui pourraient vraiment être optimisés… nous avons eu 60 dollars de crédit pour le petit-déjeuner en dédommagement…

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Lili welcomed us with very good energy, tips about nearby restaurants, and even treated my boyfriend with a small bottle of sparkling for his birthday. Love the attention.
The rooms are quite small but optimized and well designed. Good light, very comfy bed and sheets.
Bonus is that you get free 30min of city bike per day per person.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

The room was comfortable for one. I liked the restaurant and spaces available to work and take calls if I didn't want to take them from my room. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

I stayed here 4 nights during the week for a business trip and this became my place to rest and recharge. The room is pretty tight but it is clean and ideal if you plan on being out most of the day. The staff were very friendly and warm and helped create a relaxed environment, yet professional and helpful. It's right next to Koreatown with great restaurants, plus an amazing location in general so I was able to walk around most places.

So clean and great service
Pros:

This place is super clean, cute, and in a perfect area to get around anywhere in NYC. Customer service was top-tier, all advocates were super friendly! Lily at the front desk was super kind and welcoming! The ONLY downside was the bed being a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay.
