Pros:

We got a suite here, but it’s just a bigger room. Furniture is very old and dated. Location is very good. Just down the street from s great restaurant called Aroy One Baht. And a few blocks from the weekend night market.

Pros:

Didn't check reservation emails correct so I didn't have a room for me that I had booked. Only gave voucher for breakfast for 1 day not 2 and had to fight to get another voucher. Cigarette buts in ashtray on balcony. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Spoke to manger who said he knew there were problems but he had issues with staff. Would have accepted if if was only 1 issue, but there were several.

Pros:

The staff were excellent,always happy and ready to answer any questions.
The room was very large,clean ,good wifi,and quiet.

Hotel liegt zentral, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, aber die ist Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Hotels Lassen mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach Aber man wird satt.

Es wurde ein Doppelzimmer reserviert. Dieses war nicht verfügbar, sondern nur eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Man hat uns zu einem deutlich höheren Preisein Luxuszimmer angeboten, welches deutlich teurer war, wir aber erst nach ernsthafter Diskussion ansehen konnten. Zustand war aber entsprach aber bei weitem nicht dem Preis.

ランパーンで泊まる時は何時もこのホテルにしている。スタンダードルームでも広いけど今回はSuite Roomにグレードアップしたのでさらに快適に過ごせた。

Good value hotel in Lampang
Pros:

Stayed here 28 December 2017 in order to do some sightseeing in Lampang. Quite good value for money and the staff were friendly. Breakfast selection was quite adequate. The hotel is easy to find, just over the road from Wat Suan Dok.

Lampang is a great place to visit. Unfortunately the Pin hotel is not. They did not have our reservation and would not accept the printed copy or invoice on my phone insisting we got hotels.com to contact them 1 hour to check in. Not given room booked and not allowed to change. Deluxe room(?) dirty ripped curtains and shabby. At check out staff still tried to charge us more 1 hour to check out missed bus. Staff very rude breakfast uneatable. Please visit lampang but stay at another hotel
