スタッフ様は全員親しみやすく、接客がとても良い。
少ししかトルコ語が分からない私を快く受け入れてくださいました。
また、交通の便がとてもよく、イスタンブールのヨーロッパ側を観光するのにかなり適している。

値段も手頃であり、また、トルコに来るときには利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Front office manager is very kind, all staff are well trained and respectful.

Room was clean , breakfast is decent.

Super Verkehrsanbindung Bushaltestelle 1 min Tram 4 min Metro 5 min vom Hotel entfernt . Supernettes personal hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist landestypisch und ok . Ich war drei Wochen in dem Hotel und würde da immer wieder hinfahren.

The location was great with having the main bus station right out of the hotel and other public transportation means in a fee steps/meters.
The breakfast was ok and rooms were clean but towels and sheets were worn and I hope they get improved

Personal war freundlich. Sauberkeit und Frühstück war enttäuschend.

Bien situé à 2 min d une gare routiere et 5 min du tramway T1. Très propre, personnel sympathique,

The staff were very very friendly, kind and helpful (just two of them could speak english but all of them kindly tried to solve every problem!
The position of hotel is very good and is about 500m far from tramway also 500 m (with bothering steep، suitable to weight decreasing!) from metro station (topkapi ulubatli). Access to all sides of the city is very easy and economic (especially ancient mosques and castle, and trading centers such as forum istanbul, olivium, historia). Region is very secure and calm. Some eatry and good restaurants with delicious cheap turkish foods are there The hotel is by the ancient TOPKAPY WALL and ramparts (50 m distance) so you can see it and enjoy it for free.
Hotel hadn't elevator so was not suitable to old persons in upper floors. The breakfast was delicious and good. Television had just turkish channels. The bath was clean and OK. Room was small and tight but good. The sound of the neighbor room's TV have been heard.
At last, next time I will come back there!

Location is good, rooms are convenient and service is very good.
Rooms are little bit small and not noise canceling, i was able to hear other guests when they were talking or to listen to their TV.
I would recommend it for people who will stay for 1-3 nights in İstanbul and not going to stay that musch in the hotel.

otel resepsiyon elemanları saygısız ve size karşı kaba.sizi sadece bahşiş kapısı olarak görüyorlar.akıllarınca bahşiş vermeye zorlamak için odanızı gösterelim kapıyı açamassınız televizyonu açamassınız klimayı açamassınız diye takıyorlar peşinize bellboyu resepsiyondakiler.bahşişler ortak heralde.bahşiş vermedim 1 saat sonra oda servisi istedim 3 kere aradım bir içeceği getirmediler,otel para kaybetti ben kaybetmedim.gittim dışardan aldım.sivri zekalılar gıçıklık yapıcaklar akıllarınca sabah 7 de uyandırma servisi diye aradılar.akıllarınıca uyandırcaklar rahatsız edicekler:D:D7.30 da iş için uyanıcaktım,uyuya kalmışım benim işime yaradılar haberleri yok.bahşiş yoksa muamele kötü.yok size bahşiş.çok gürültülü bir otel ses izalasyonu berbat.for tourist english:hotel reception and all staff is the world's worst and want to money for doing something and everthing

Güzel mekan. Hostel fiyatına hem tek kişilik oda hem kahvaltı. Ayrıca mekan temiz ve sessiz. Tavsiye ederim.

Hotel très propre, très bien desservi à proximité immédiate du tram.
Service de navette aéroport très pratique
Rien à reprocher !

كانت اقامتي بالفندق مقبولة نوعا ما ودون الجيدة ، افضل شي كان هو انه بالقرب من الفندق مسافة ٥٠ متر يوجد تجمع للباصات تذهب لجهات عديدة (الفاتح -اكسراي - التقسيم -ايمنونو )
