Le personnel est très gentil, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour arranger !
Le lieu est super calme.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très jolies.
La zone petit déjeuner est très agréable et la bâtisse très belle !
Tout était très bien ! Il faut juste avoir en tête de marcher un peu pour aller à la piscine quand la pente est raide suivant la chambre dans laquelle on est).
Attention à la réservation booking avec un bébé, cela ne prévoit pas de couchage pour bébé ! Ce n’est pas un problème parce que le personnel propose des draps pour que le bébé dorme sur le canapé mais il vaut mieux le savoir à l’avance.

La reception chiude circa alle 17. Quindi da lì in poi, per quanto il personale sia sempre raggiungibile via telefono/whatsapp, non è in struttura.

Workers were kind and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The surroundings were amazing, and while there was not night life, they included a pizza and bottle of wine for dinner! I'd definitely stay here again. It was beautiful, tucked near Mountain View's, with a room that had 'old-world' charm.
Being in Sicily for the 5th time, Villa Ginevra has a perfect location for visiting most of the beautiful island. The new owners is creating a unique atmosphere with fantastic food - both morning and evening - created from their own local produce. The views are stunning with a view of the Aeolian islands when eating outside. The swimming pool area is great and situated in the mid of the agricultural area overlooking the trees, bushes and cactus'. Looking forward to coming back to this place soon:-)

Absolutely incredible! Everything was marvelous! The view from our balcony was majestic, the food wonderful, and Marie Grace was so helpful and sweet. This was our favorite place of all 5 hotels across Italy.
Amazing hotel... What a view from the terrace. Plenty of space for a walk in the garden and grounds. Staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always friendly and greet you with a smile!
We stayed 4 nights and the hotel was brilliant as a base for exploring the north and east of the island. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and proactive. The pool was great, the view lovely and the room albeit a bit small was more than adequate. Safe parking, easy access and spotlessly clean.
Nothing much, we were off season so the restaurant was closed, but provided you have a car there are plentiful restaurants and it’s just not really an issue. They had a list of local restaurants of which we tried three and each was spot on.

Hotel has a beautiful location in the hills with a view of the sea. It is an old building that has been very tastefully redone - our room was large and had a wonderful view of the valley. Staff was extremely friendly as were the owners. We ate dinner there most night and the food and service were excellent.
Bathroom amenities were pretty much non-existent which was unusual for a hotel of this caliber.
They had a lovely pool but it was a very long walk and they recommended we take our car there.
