good stay with a value for money
Pros:

The pastry was superb, but please improve cleanliness
Food selection is nice
The Pool was cold due to the building shadow.
The Bed is superb
Location location, i really enjoy the connecting bridge to the MRT Station

Cons:

Room is not sound proof
Noisy neighbours during my stay there
lift is broken when we are staying there

I am definitely coming back. Hotel has everything I needed
Pros:

The location was ideal near the MRT. There are many restaurants in the hotel mall and it is very comfortable. quiet room. Staff behaviour was really nice

Cons:

A minor breakfast section issue was that the bread toast area was a bit unclean and almost every morning many ants crawl near the bread area. Using the bread toaster was also very slow. The laundry was not done despite me leaving a note in the room above my clothes. Other than these minor things, the hotel itself and breakfast choices were really good.

Exceptional stay and outstanding hospitality!
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The entire staff showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and great attention to detail.
A special thanks to Bilal, who went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. His kindness and care made a huge difference and made me feel at home.

I also really appreciated the warm hospitality and the lovely welcome cake they offered upon my arrival — such a thoughtful gesture!

Highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Jakarta!

Cons:

Everything from the service to the atmosphere was wonderful.
If there’s one small point to improve, it would be to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness details, but overall, it was an excellent experience.
