Diversidade do quarto.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo. Muita aranha, mosca. Piscina suja. Hidromassagem não funcionava.
Uma janela na sala estava aberta e não tinha como fechar.
Na entrada a atendente falou o valor em voz alta (era um presente) e ainda errou o período. Falando que seriam apenas 4h.

Pros:

I really loved the swimming pool, the service from the reception it's been really helpful and resolved a little problem happened with the first room that we had offering us a new suite, the comforts of the king bed and the quantity and quality of the complementary breakfast

Cons:

The room needs a bit more attention on the cleaning of the floor.
I found a lot of hairs all around the floor...

the pool and the SmarTV - unfortunately both of them did not work

Cons:

It had the pool I wanted. however, only one of the pool jets worked (it was supposed to be 3).
it had 2 smartvs - one wouldn’t even turn on. the other did not have a working remote and it wasn’t connected to the internet, so it was not a smartv and we couldn’t use either of them.
