Mal funcionamiento del agua caliente y baño con su sistema ventilación fuera de servicio

Agua caliente en la mañana. Esperé por 20 minutos con el agua corriendo y sólo llegó a una temperatura un entre tibia y fría, no apta para ducha.
Ubicacion y desayuno
No funcionaba el televisor ni llegaba agua caliente a la pieza. Nos cambiaron de habitacion (perdimos la vista al mar elegida) y la television funcionaba mal y aunque ahora la ducha funcionaba bien, no salia agua caliente en el lavamanos.

El desayuno muy completo y rico. Con harta variedad de productos.
La atención del personal de recepción en nuestra llegada igual fue amena y con buena disposición, que es lo que se agradece siempre. que sean atentos y simpaticos para atender dudas o consultas.
La ventana de la habitación no cerraba del todo, y el telefono tampoco funcionaba.
Lo otro es que el agua salía tibia y no caliente del todo.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, y en general los servicios estan bien.
El sistema de calefacción se controlaba de otro lugar, y era difícil dormir, la calefacción muy alta. No nos limpiaron nunca la habitación, y ademas solicitamos papel higiénico y nunca llego, compre uno. E hall central tenía hace tiempo unos cojines muy malos en los asientos, los arreglaron con unos tan blandos que al sentarse te golpeas la espalda en el respaldo.
