Rooms are very small and expensive.
The hotel was at a great location overlooking the beautiful red rocks.
Daniella was excellent! She welcomed us with open arms and was so professional. She helped us with last minute accommodations. Our room had a magnificent view. I love this hotel! It’s my second time and we will be back!

The pool area was beautiful.
The beds were horrible, our friends beds were the same. They were too soft and worn out all of us kept rolling from one side to the other. Because of the beds I would not stay here again. We have stayed one previous time but I do not recall them being that bad. Also when you charge that much for the room a parking fee really put the price over the top. In these times when everyone is being careful with their finances it was just too expensive in my opinion. We rented a lovely bungalow two weeks prior to staying here within walking distance to downtown and it was half the cost of what we paid at your hotel. The hotel is very nice except the beds and the parking fee which makes it a non choice for me anymore.
Very clean and nice rooms located right near some great hiking trails. Beautiful pool and outside area. Loved my stay here! Rooms were well appointed, modern, clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the hiking trails being right outside the door. Such an absolutely beautiful area of the country and this hotel is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy it!
Views weren’t as expected from online photos. Long hallway walk to room. Slow coffee/breakfast service. If you want to be near the town center to walk around, this hotel is not close.
On a good note, the shower had great water pressure.

We stayed at the Sedona Courtyard Marriott for four nights. It was a great place to stay. The front desk staff was welcoming, we were thrilled with our second floor room with amazing views from our balcony, and the location was convenient but not congested. The viewing platform was awesome. We went to the pool one afternoon. The only upgrade there would be more umbrellas for all of the lounges. The water was a little chilly, but the sun was hot. They have wine, beer, sodas, ice cream, and snacks in the lobby alcove. We did not use the gym or the guest laundry. I was impressed with the whole property. It felt more like a resort, not just a hotel.
The room, especially the view from the balcony, was nice but the price was too high given the lack of amenities at the hotel and they shouldn't charge for parking.
Our experience was amazing. The staff at Courtyard by Marriott Sedona were inviting, thoughtful and beyond kind. Gracelyn ( hope I spelled it correctly) at check in was so helpful. Answered all our questions, and provided suggestions for our stay. The next day after a long outing with our 2 yr old granddaughter, Nick at the front desk went above and beyond to get milk sent to our room for our little one. Nick made our evening. At checkout, we received the same exemplary service. C by Marriott Sedona is my go to every time we visit Sedona. Thank you so very much!!
The location was perfect sitting outside the city limits with great view to the surrounding mountains and red rock formations. The staff was superb and very accommodating.
The property was beautiful and clean. I like the way it blended with the area. And the view was to die for.
The mattresses need to be replaced and the water pressure needs to be turned up.
