The location is so convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The sheets on the bed seemed very new but extremely scratchy. Otherwise my stay was comfortable although too short!

I was disappointed there was no breakfast or free coffee. I really thought this was pretty standard.

Don’t sleep on the first floor.
Pros:

The staff was very polite. The gym was great and useful. The room was clean and nice. Check-in was easy. Checkout was easy.
Room was reasonably priced.

Cons:

They said there was not a room above us, but very late into the night there were VERY LOUD noises and banging occurring from the “room” above us. We were on the first floor. When I mentioned this to the staff in the morning because I had trouble sleeping, they said there was no room above us, but more like a hallway Well then who was making all this noise?? Workers?? I have no idea. But next time I will request a room on the top!! I did not sleep well at all!! Thankfully it was just one night. Disappointing though, because a good night sleep is priceless and I did not get that.

Pros:

Staff didn’t show up to work the breakfast and no back up, so now breakfast. Then they didn’t even set up the coffee area, stating that there is no free coffee until 9 am, but did have a barista making coffees (very slowly) and charging for them, but this took over 30 minutes.
