Nice hotel, but overpriced.

Staff were kind and facilities looked new.
Pros:

I liked that it was near a lot of restaurants and seemingly new build.

Cons:

I did not like the smell. There was a very strong Sulphur smell on the first floor and second floor. It smelled not fresh and as if someone either left sheets in the washer and forgot about them for a day and/or they used a dirty mop to clean all the floors. It could be something else but may areas didn’t smell fresh. Especially going into the pool smelled disgusting. If I didn’t have a strong sense of smell, I think I would have been fine staying there. If you don’t mind smells then you should be good. I did notice the 3rd and 4th floors seemed to have less of a sulphuric smell.

We have stayed here before, the staff is outstanding, we totally have always enjoyed it, unfortunately the bed this time was uncomfortable first time, otherwise all was great thank you Springhill Suites by Kalispell

Cons:

We booked online, choosing the site mainly for the pool. We were wanting to entertain our grand kids at the pool. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed that week for maintenance. Grand kids were very disappointed.

Pros:

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff members, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Loved that they give you free bottled water and borrowed bear spray for your hikes! The breakfast was great too! Would definitely recommend this property
