Was Affordable but You keep billing My Card 40.00 more Dollars for some reason.

Cons:

Air Conditioner didn't work very Well. You billed My card 20.00 dollars twice now. Room was 134.17. So now You done billed My card 174.17 for some reason.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Adam, the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast with a large variety of food choices and the breakfast staff were kind also.

It was a very nice getaway and we all enjoyed our accommodations! 😁
Pros:

The staff were all very accommodating. And we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. And the staff member that works on the breakfast in the morning was super helpful and went above his duty to help. I don't remember his name.

Great location & Clean Hotel but bad housekeeping

Great location, clean , good breakfast, Nice front desk staff

Cons:

Very poor housekeeping, outdated laundry machines that requires quarters only so each time you had to go down to reception and exchange for quarters. Most machines today use app based payments.

Despite several reminders, they did not make our beds, bathrooms were half done, trash can kept very close to my bed after emptying, coffee machine pods not taken out. Their room rates are 5 star prices but housekeeping does not match that. Even after front desk assured that our room would be cleaned, it was not done. Didn't appreciate that.

Mandy the manager thinks guests are stupid
Pros:

So I left a pair of pajamas behind from my stay ! When I called to see if they were placed in the lost and found Mandy who claims to be a manager hung up on me after placing me on an immediate hold . When I called back she tried to transfer me without even asking why I was calling. When I was able to get her attention to see what I needed she asked me for my name and date of my stay. She then claimed to have looked in lost and found but NEVER let me describe the article of clothing I lost . When Mandy the manager came back to the phone she tried to tell me I was confused and that I never stayed at her hotel. Little hint … I called the number from my reservation. She told me I was too stupid to know where I stayed . What actually happened was that she was such a horrible manager that she has no skills in customer service . She even tried to tell me that my family member hadn’t called and even stopped by in days prior trying to see if my clothing was in lost and found . I understand it was fault that the clothing was left but NO ONE ESPECIALLY manager Mandy was willing to help me ! Her whole goal was to either hang up on me before she even answered the call, or to tell me I was too stupid to know where I actually stayed ! NEVER stay here ! The reviews are real

Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious! The complimentary breakfast was so easy, and the staff were amazing! The hotel is in an easy location, close to restaurants and amenities.

Cons:

The pool gave my kids a rash, but they still had fun!

Not worth the money, NO BAR, breakfast was good
Pros:

It had a bar BUT ONLY open Friday night and when ALL our family was in town Sat night it was closed! We weren’t happy!!

Cons:

BAR NOT OPEN like it was suppose to be that’s why we picked this hotel bc we had family staying there too!!!
