Delilah helped me when I forgot my curler clips. She searched and gave me bobby pins from her handbag. The gentleman who worked the morning of 3/1 was very helpful in checking me in for my flight and scheduling Uber after I had technical issues.
The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. And there are many restaurants and retail establishments nearby.

There were incorrect rooms charges on our bill. This was corrected at check out.

Our 5 day stay with Courtyard was terrific. Service outstanding and staff took added steps to be of help. Maintenance was extremely responsive to a small problem and the maintenance man went out of his way to help load baggage. The breakfast counter did well also. Location of hotel was perfect. 10 minutes from kids home and great shopping walking distance. Highly recommend

The facility was clean. Service not so good. I ask few time for complimentary tea was told not available that why we have Starbucks. Starbucks dont waste $on ice coffee came from bottle
Fridge froze everything. It want until check out when mentioned concern no tea staff offered. I stay in Denver often and thought this was going to be the better option.
Asked front desk for extra creamer and coffee for room took iver an hour and we got it from very nice housekeeping staff. Housekeeping very helpful.
