Stay was outstanding, their reservation security is horrible.
Pros:

Great location on the water, nice view from the room, Boat House was fun in the afternoon and evening.

Cons:

My reservation information, and two others in our party, were hacked and used in a phishing attack. Two calls to the hotels about it and they couldn't have cared less.

Pros:

The hotel itself was nice but the breakfast was PITIFUL. For very little effort or cost it would have been nice to have some fresh donuts, croissants, or muffins from the great local bakery instead of gas station fare wrapped in cellophane. When I tried to make microwave oatmeal, I was told the microwave was in the basement. Need I say more?

Nice location, good room, poor breakfast.
Pros:

Nice bed & bathroom. Clean

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Nowhere to heat porridge. No cooked food. Staff member who didn’t care & didn’t even get off their phone to help or serve anything. Breakfast was really not worth offering.

Not good.

Cons:

I did not receive the rooms I paid for. Of the three rooms the double bed occupancy was correct. The two king beds were not what I paid for. I should have received two deluxe king beds with pullout sofas and balcony which was not the case. Very disappointed.

I enjoy how peaceful it was even with the people out at the bar drinking n hanging out it was not loud n rowdy.

Small town charm, fun social setting, with modern comforts
Pros:

Spacious room overlooking water. Location was convenient to access local small town plans. Friendly, thoughtful staff. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Fun outdoor social setting.

Cons:

Difficult to find in the dark for the first time. A bit intimidating not having been there before.

Beautiful setting, nice staff, choose a king bed room if you need access to bed from both sides
Pros:

The rooms were beautifully appointed and the mattresses very comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a double room with 2 beds for my elderly relatives. The beds were only accessible in the space between them. No one in their advanced years with mobility issues and arthritis could shimmy in between either mattress and the wall. Because of that my 94 year old aunt slept in the desk chair. I enquired about a cot or I even booked another room but nothing was available. 4 people even middle-aged could not climb in the narrow spaces next to the walls.
