Close to where I needed to be
Nothing it was a good property just older
Location was perfect for our needs. Front desk staff was friendly was helpful. The air conditioner worked well and the room was clean. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us.
The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. And there was a lot of stomping noise from the floor above.
Clean room, big mini frig with a separate freezer part-perfect for ling distance travellers bringing coolers of food
Big clean room, satellite TV, very pleasant staff
That everyone was friendly and the room was very clean.
Location and staff
Booking.com got me a smoking room instead of a non smoking room. Breakfast absolutely sucked. Walls had no insulation could hear everything in the hallways. No soap in the room. Just sucked over all. My buddy that came with me got a 2 queen bed but when we got there booking. Com or hotel put him in a king so he had to sleep with his brother in the same bed..
It’s close to Williams Baptist University, so I will continue to stay when I visit my child. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is decent
The rooms smell really musty, and still need some work. Main part of room has nice- hardwood floor but bathroom still has nasty tile with dirty grout. Beds are not comfortable.
Location
Rude dismissive staff, cold breakfast, the rooms smelled horrible. So humid the sheets were damp.
Coffee maker.
Bad tv options . No reason for license plate #
No option for cancelling. I'm
The continental breakfast was great!
Loved the waffles!
The room was a little moldy. Wish you could open the windows.
It was in a great location and close to a funeral we were attending. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The door to the room was stuck and you really had to push the door open with force.
I could not open it, luckily my husband was with me.
The TV was having sound issues. We watched the St. Louis Cardinal game on TV, but, I had to turn on the radio to hear it.
The bathroom did not have a working vent/fan.
Good location, comfortable bed, except for the bedbugs
I’m pretty sure I got bedbugs from your property. Please check your bedsheets.
The breakfast wasn’t very good, the microwave didn’t work and the waffle iron didn’t work either.
Close proximity to the shops i wanted to visit.
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Location
Room had a strong musty smell and even the stand alone dehumidifier someone left in the room did not help. The vinyl flooring was ‘sticky’ to walk on. The shower head was moldy. Just an old place.
Not one thing.
For the love of God, do not stay here.
This hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The first room I was given, Room 335, was a smoking room, even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the employee moved me to a “non-smoking” room next door, Room 334.
Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The smell of smoke was still seeping through the hallway, and the room itself had an overwhelming odor of curry and body odor. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to stay in the room for any length of time.
To make matters worse, the floors were sticky with some unknown substance, and I found two bugs on my bed. I immediately called the front desk, but was told there was nothing else they could do because I had already been in the room too long—approximately 30 minutes. Most of that time was actually spent in my family’s room because the odor in mine was unbearable.
In the end, I chose to sleep in my car rather than stay in the room. Even after such a short amount of time inside, my clothes, luggage, and eventually my car absorbed the smell.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
