Good location, comfortable bed, except for the bedbugs
I’m pretty sure I got bedbugs from your property. Please check your bedsheets.
The breakfast wasn’t very good, the microwave didn’t work and the waffle iron didn’t work either.
Close proximity to the shops i wanted to visit.
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.
Location
Room had a strong musty smell and even the stand alone dehumidifier someone left in the room did not help. The vinyl flooring was ‘sticky’ to walk on. The shower head was moldy. Just an old place.
Not one thing.
For the love of God, do not stay here.
This hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The first room I was given, Room 335, was a smoking room, even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the employee moved me to a “non-smoking” room next door, Room 334.
Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The smell of smoke was still seeping through the hallway, and the room itself had an overwhelming odor of curry and body odor. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to stay in the room for any length of time.
To make matters worse, the floors were sticky with some unknown substance, and I found two bugs on my bed. I immediately called the front desk, but was told there was nothing else they could do because I had already been in the room too long—approximately 30 minutes. Most of that time was actually spent in my family’s room because the odor in mine was unbearable.
In the end, I chose to sleep in my car rather than stay in the room. Even after such a short amount of time inside, my clothes, luggage, and eventually my car absorbed the smell.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
Location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great breakfast
Pocahontas - Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Incredible shower because I didn't have to bend my knees (6’4”). Continental breakfast is good but boring.
Breakfast was decent. Not enough healthy choices.
Fair
Only one comfortable chair in the room
No extra pillow or blanket
Breakfast has improved over my last stay, but eggs, sausage and/or bacon would be nice.
Outside entry doors are not secured, anyone can walk right in unseen from the front desk.
Mattress and pillows may need replaced, as both sides of the bed were too soft, but a hard ridge down the middle.
They keep everything clean and exactly how it looks on the picture
Told the person at the front desk that a security light glashed all night through our window.and she just blew it off. Didn't even try to provide customer sevice. She couod of have been a new employee but she should of hBe tried to get someone to help.
