Breakfast was a disaster, toaster that only toasted one side at a time and was slow.
Getting a knife was a special request. They run out of milk. Breakfast tablets were bear with no table settings, no better than a food court in a mid range shopping centre.
The ash tray on the balcony was never emptied in 4 days of our stay.
Hall carpets were heavily stained and needed a good steam clean.

Not a lot of options for food in the area, especially early morning. The hotel is nice and safe, quiet. Nice rooftop pool and view of Bandung, especially at night.
