Hotel Malay Receptionist tried to Scam Me!
Cons:

I booked a Executive Suite of 36 Sq meter for a 3 days stay from 7 Jun to 10 Jun 26.

When checking in, the younger reception called her superior on the room issue which i was puzzled of. After their conversations, I was told my room is on the 3rd storey and awaiting for cleaning for 20mins. At the 10mins wait, I was was told my room is ready but now changed to 5th floor.

When I headed up to my room, I had a rude shock that it was totally not the Executive suite I booked and paid for. The room 515 given was just 1/2 the size of the 36 Sq meter and totally different from the photo layout and without the office table and space that I paid for. I went back to the reception counter and show them what I had paid for and what I was given, the older malay receptionist instead of apologising and rectified the issue, she raised her voice and said that my "Executive Suite" is not a "Suite" and there is no such "Executive Suite", just "Superior King" rudely.

I show both of them the black and white booking on my phone, the room size floor area for room 515 that the hotel just issued me; upon seeing this, the older malay receptionist quickly walk away and act busy on one of the computor terminal. The room 515 just likely just a "superior King" room with a size area of 20 Sq meter.

The younger receptionist knowing that I know what i paid and cannot be fooled, she apologised saying that it was a mistake on the hotel part and would rectified the issue for me. They re-issue a room that was the exact Executive Suite that i paid for and of the room area of 36 Sq meter. From the whole conspiracy internal discussion, it is obviously that the hotel plotted and have the intended to issue me a Superior King room from the on start, and hopefully believing that i would not know the difference as a first timer to this hotel, and/or I may be the all Ok customer.

not bad, Room must be sound proof to avoid noise from outside to be heard...
Pros:
