location & cleanliness

Cons:

Mattress & pillow too soft
The toilet without door, the lighting is annoying during the bedtime. If I off the light, the ventilator off too, if I keep the ventilator on, due to no door, the lighting is disturb me to sleep.

Bedsheets & quilt cover got pilled.

Poor sound proofing, can hear clear with the next door noise. Complaint to front desk and hope they advice the next door neighbour slower their voice but yet the same.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was good. Had nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Music from the club and road. No sound proof. Stains on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door.

Overall, my experience staying at the hotel was good. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the room was clean.

Cons:

However, on Saturday night, there was a party downstairs with extremely loud music that continued until around 12 am. Guests who are sensitive to noise or have difficulty sleeping with loud sounds should take note of this.
