Very reasonable rate for a good, clean room. Only slight drawback is the location.
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, clean toilet, good water pressure shower with hot water

Cons:

The walls in the corridor was painted grey, so as you exit the lifts on your room floor, it felt like entering a basement. Just a small issue.

A Row of shops behind the hotel was deserted. Made the area feel a bit seedy at night. But again, this is a small issue.

Value for money and the good location

Cons:

The room i book for my kids suppose to be non smoking room but upon check in very smelly of cigarette smoke smell. Even after fixing diffuser the strong smoky smell still there.
We only get one room card which is not so convenient for either one to go out and back to the room. Hotel should implement to give 2 room cards upon check in.
