Très bien. Le seul bémol de taille est le restaurant.
Pros:

Les équipements du spa. L’ambiance. L’emplacement. L’esprit. Les terrasses. Le personnel du restaurant. Les chambres sont très bien. Décoration avec goût.

Cons:

La qualité des plats servis franchement laisse beaucoup à désirer. Complètement en dessous de la classe de l’hôtel. L’avis au chef-la soi-disant salade grecque n’en est pas une du tout. Les wiener schnitzels sont de piètre qualité. Par contre, les vins sont bons mais excessivement chers.

Le personnel de l’accueil gagnerait à être plus un peu attentif aux demandes. Il y avait aucun moyen d’avoir la chambre avant 15.00.

Il faudra interdire de fumer sur les terrasses !

Zimmer völlig überhitzt; ohne Klimaanlage; Fenster nicht zu öffnen, da unmittelbar Nachbargebäude reinsehen konnten, Beamten-Kurbetrieb, der Gäste „bewirtschaftet“, statt zu verwöhnen

Amazing place. Absolute paradise surrounding the Hotel. Legacy and historic Hotel where everything works. The staff is polite and approachable. The Bar Staff member Mr Pinto is great, he has knowledge of the region, a great customer service and great English. The Hotel exemplifies the old German Baden tradition. excellent. One can rest without being disturbed. The food is good,

Lovely authentic spa experience in the Black Forest

Hôtel Spa vraiment super, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Très belles prestations, chambre très propre et tout confort, très bon repas et petit-déjeuner très copieux.
Les installations sont vraiment très bien et le cadre très reposant.

Fantastic spa and landscaping.
Pros:

A perfect resting place for two day gap between two motorbike trips. The pool and spa facilities are fantastic. Great landscaping and lots of wildlife. Room comfy.

Cons:

As a single diner I was very clearly put at the worst table. I asked for outside and was in a corner by the door and judging by the smell by a sewage outlet. It’s a common issue as a solo traveller. I asked to he moved. I was - though I sensed the server wasn’t happy about it. Food was very good but the experience meant i didn’t make it a leisurely relaxed meal. Please don’t treat solo travellers like they are worth less than others. I didn’t get this feeling from any other part of the hotel service.

Magnifique , nous reviendrons
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé en plaine, nature, dépaysement, total, assuré.
Le personnel est au petit soins aussi bien dans l’hôtel , au restaurant au bar. Les deux piscines sont magnifiques. L’espace spa incroyable. Le restaurant est excellent : la qualité et les quantités sont au rendez-vous.

Pros:

Schönes, renoviertes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen war auch sehr fein (HP), Eintritt in Therme im Preis inbegriffen, sogar am Abreisetag noch bis 18:00 Uhr, eine Flasche Teinacher Wasser umsonst auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre genial.

Ankommen, erkunden und erholen, gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen, alles war gut vorbereitet.
Das Personal ist gastorientiert, freundlichen alles was einen Aufenthalt angenehm machte.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Müllvermeidung wird hier sehr gut gelebt und das nicht nur bei Marmelade und Butter, sondern auch beim Tee ( gute Teeauswahl)
Der Badebereich ist sauber und hier kann man sich gut erholen. Der direkte Zugang zur Gastroterasse ist super.
Den Abend kann man in der gemütlichen Bar ausklingen lassen, nachdem man bis in den sehr späten Abend, die Badelandschaft genießen konnte.
Unser Zimmer war sauber und es hat alles funktioniert.
Die Gegend lädt zum Wandern und zu spazieren gehen ein.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hat die letze Auffrischung in den 90er erlebt. Das spiegelt sich in der Nasszelle an dem Heizkörper, der hatte Emaille verloren und die Patina hat sich an einigen Stellen breit gemacht. Der Kalk macht den Duschbereich etwas schmuddelig.
Die Beschilderung im Hotel ist etwas unübersichtlich, im Spaarbereich 3.OG ist die Beschilderung ist sehr verwirrend. Nur für Frauen, Frauen und Männer getrennt… wo geht es wirklich hin… hinter welcher Türe?

Sehr schönes Hotel und Therme, Restaurant leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Der Thermenbereich ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der Besten die ich je hatte.

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war von der Qualität nicht angemessen verglichen zum Rest des Hotels.
