Guest Reviews
Really impressed with the service! Everything was beyond my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!
nothing
Staff were friendly and nice. Nice location, within 10–15 minute walk to pretty much everything, except the beach and the coconut boat tour.
The toilet in my room was not cleaned properly. The property did not have an ice machine and you could only get ice during certain hours of the day. Also no cleanliness to the ice. Several staff members digging their hand in the ice cooler without washing their hands first or using a glove. Breakfast was terrible.
Piscina comoda, colazione perfetta e pulizia ottima
WiFi non funzionava bene.
The pool was big and my son LOVED it! The food was great. The beds were comfy. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. It was not far by foot to anywhere. They gave us a great breakfast box for our trip to BaNa Hills. The room was big and comfortable.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great location and very clean rooms and well maintained property
Nothing
El personal muy amable y la habitación muy limpia. La zona de la piscina está muy bien. No pudimos probar el desayuno porque nos fuimos antes de que abriera, pero nos prepararon un paquete para que nos lleváramos, muy amables!!
1. Location was central
2. Staff was friendly
1. Got an extra bed, found it filled with ants the next morning. Didn’t realise the night before because it was dark. Once brought up to the reception, only a brief apology was extended and no hint of compensation was indicated.
Clean and quiet, friendly atmosphere
Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the attention to detail, the upkeep and maintenance. Our room was very comfortable and good six, the pool was lovley and the facilities at hotel were great. Highly recommend
