The environment in this hotel is absolutely terrible and disgusting. The air conditioners are extremely old and emit a really foul, unpleasant smell

extremely rude stuff with a very below standard attitude. they didnt honor our booking and only cancelled when we showed up for the reservation and the hotel was overbooked. they wanted me to cancel the booking but i didnt accept. they didnt offer any solution for their own mistake and instead they were rude to us. not recommended at all

Mucho ruido en la noche. Complicado para descansar. En un momento nos tocaron la puerta.
No tiene desayuno. La zona no es la mejor en cuanto a precios para comer y hacer compras

I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, since i travel frequently. But hotel room pictures have never been THAT different. Just completely different.
I booked a room with balcony and two big glass walls, but they checked me into a room without any windows. There was only a mirror inside..
The lady at reception allowed me to change room, but it was l run down, and again, nothing like the room I had booked originally.

I understand pictures represent a room type and sometimes look a bit cleaner, better, newer than reality. But this location just gave a completely wrong impression of what they have to offer.
I am glad they refunded me.

ประเด็นแรก
แอร์มีปัญหาตลอดการเข้าพัก พนักงานเข้ามาเช็คให้ 2-3 รอบ ก็ยังคงมีปัญหาเหมือนเดิม จนคืนสุดท้ายตัดสินใจขอพัดลม เพราะต้องการพักผ่อน ไม่อยากย้ายห้องช่วงกลางดึก
คืนนั้นไม่ได้เปิดแอร์ เพราะแอร์มีปัญหา แต่แปลกใจมากว่าทำไมมีเสียงแอร์ทำงานดังมากๆ อาจจะเป็นเพราะห้องที่ได้มีคอมแอร์ของห้องอื่นมารวมที่ระเบียงของห้องเรา ตัดปัญหาโดยการใส่ที่อูดหูที่เตรียมมาเอง เพื่อจะพักผ่อนได้

ประเด็นที่สอง
เราจองแบบจ่ายเงิน ณ ที่พัก และต้องการขอใบกำกับภาษี เพื่อลดหย่อน พนักงานผู้หญิง แจ้งว่า ถ้าต้องการใบกำกับภาษี ต้องจ่าย Vat เพิ่มเอง อันนี้ช็อคมาก โดยไม่มีคำอธิบายเพิ่มเติมใดๆ

La vetusté et la propreté de la chambre. La chambre est assez ancienne je suppose, mais ce n'est pas grave. Ce qui est plus genant, ce sont les détails qui sont très, voir trop vieillissant. Par exemple, le sol est marqué à beaucoup d'endroit, la baignoire est propre, mais tachée ce qui ne donne pas envie, la pommeau de la douche est à changer, ainsi que l'abbatant des WC qui est fonctionnel mais qui date d'une autre époque et est également taché par l'usure tout comme les joints de la douche ainsi que la porte qui sont à refaire. ..
Au niveau de la propreté, rien à dire concernant les draps et les serviettes de bain, en revanche, nous avons retrouvé un emballage de préservatif dans la table de chevet, des miettes de nourriture dans le canapé, et aussi de la saleté au niveau de l'intérieur de la douche (au niveau des contours de la porte de douche) comme de la poussière et des toiles d'araignée qui ne datent pas d'hier.
Je pense que la personne en charge du ménage ne nettoie pas la douche depuis l'interieur.

Enfin, la salle de bain n'est pas très bien insonorisée, nous entendons tout du voisins, ainsi qu'un écoulement d'eau en continue.

The room that I stayed was clean but there were plenty of bugs under the bed unfortunately. I had to kill all of them. There is a small hole that is bug escaped.
