Perte de sens du service au client.
Pros:

Un accueil d'une rare froideur.
Pas de sourire. Limite désinvolte.
On se demande si l'hostellerie et le sens de l'accueil au client a encore du sens dans ce lieu. C'en est même triste.
Il faut tout le temps attendre que quelqu'un soit disponible à l'accueil : à l'arrivée, comme au départ. Même après avoir sonné ...
Dommage l'hôtel aurait du potentiel. Mais nous n'avons même pas eu envie de tester le restaurant le soir.

Très bon séjour et bon accueil
Pros:

Le personnel est facilement joignable et très serviable.
Ils ont attendu l'arrivée tardive, très à l'écoute et très agréable.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses . Reposant après une longue route

Speciel atmosfære - en tidslomme.
Pros:

Rent og dejligt værelse med god seng og moderniseret badeværelse i et knirkende gammelt hotel beliggende i Bourgogne på grænsen til Alsace. Traditionelt fransk 90'er køkken - god mad - dårlig dessert!

Pros:

Das Essen war hervorragend.Das Embiente jedoch eher kalt.Kein Kerzenlicht und die Bedienung trampelte wie ein Rihno durch über den Holzboden .Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kühlschrank und man hat keine Gelegenheit nach der Ankunft etwas einzunehmen.
