Fomos surpreendidos no check in com a informação que nosso quarto estava em reforma e eles tentaram no colocaram em um quarto que ficava do outro lado da avenida sem que perceberemos. Ficamos extremamente decepcionado se acabaram nos colocando em uma casa na área que não queríamos que não gostamos. Casa grande para uma família de quatro, banheiros com chuveiro fraco e sem bancada, casa com cheiro de mofo forte, precisando de reforma. O hotel em si e o atendimento sao ótimos, a nossa experiência que realmente achei inaceitável não avisarem previamente. Para se redimirem nos deram uma degustação, o que achei muito pouco pela situação. Decepcionante!

Ficamos em um chalé com 2 quartos com banheiro, sala com lareira e cozinha completa. Fica dentro uma fazenda bem grande. Confortável mas já aviso que é necessário carro. Fica longe de tudo.

Excelente hospedagem, vinicola entre as tops da região, fazenda sensacional, fizemos passeio a cavalo, corrida matinal na propriedade, piscina de agua natural e outra tradicional, restaurantes otimos, serviço de quarto excelente. Nosso cotage era super completo, novo, funcional e roupas de cama e banho de primeira linha. Cafe da manha otimo. Localização super conveniente para fazer as visitas nas principais vinícolas da região.

Absolutely spectacular — our favorite stay in South Africa!
This has been by far the most spectacular place we stayed during our trip to South Africa. The customer service was incredible — every member of the team at Boschendal Farms made us feel so welcome.

Our kids loved the day camps at the Tree House. Andrea, the kids’ club director, is phenomenal. Our children couldn’t wait to go back each day! She taught them about farming, composting, how to pick fruit, and even led them on hikes. They had cooking lessons, horse riding, and so many hands-on experiences.

We couldn’t have asked for a better family experience. Huge thanks to the entire Boschendal team — you made this unforgettable!

We stayed at Boschendal as the first part of a 2-week South Africa honeymoon and we could not have imagined a better place to spend the first few days of our marriage! Our cottage was stunning, comfortable, quiet and luxurious. The breakfast provided was incredible. The service is some of the best we've experienced ever. The property is exquisite. The activities are plenty - hiking, horseback riding, wine tasting, picnicking, etc. This is one of the most special properties I've ever stayed at on vacation and glowingly recommend it to everyone!!
