The room the atmosphere was really nice.
The breakfast was not very good. The parking was absolutely horrible. I paid good money for a great place then I have to park 2 blocks away. I'm in a strange city. Walking through ALLEYS TO GET TO MY CAR AND OR TAKING MY CAR TO PARK IT. I WAS WORRIED ALL NIGHT ABOUT MY CAR. I HAD APPT EARLY THE MORNING THE PEOPLE OUT WERE STREET PEOPLE. I WAS SO SCARED. I WAS INFORMED THEY HAD SO MANY LONG TERM PEOPL STAYING THEY HAD NO MORE PARKING SPOTS LEFT. I WISH THEY LET ME KNOW I WOUND HAVE BOOK SOME PLACE ELSE. I'm 63 y/o, that will not happen again
The outside looks can be deceiving but the interior looks exceptionally nice! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the suite was well stocked and maintained.

Room was clean and very comfortable and located close to the hospital for our out patient surgery.
All the staff were wonderful, but one employee who worked in the breakfast area was rude to me for absolutely no reason. She even questioned me about why I didn't eat all my chia pudding and said next time she would get me a spoonful to try instead of wasting it. Unbelievable. This is after another encounter with her over waffles!! English is not her native language. I'm hard of hearing and there was a simple miscommunication between us but I was treated like an idiot and her contempt for me was written all over her face. I was extremely uncomfortable, then I got lectured for throwing away a Dixie cup full of chia pudding. Truly the strangest thing I've ever had happen to me in a hotel.
Very nice rooms at a good price. Rooms had everything you could want and the staff was very friendly.
The people stationed at the front desk were amazing. They were quick to respond and made the check in and out extremely quick. The room was very clean.
More items that are quick to grab and go at the breakfast. Ie: more pasty choices, muffins, and beverages.
The location was convenient with lots of restaurants within walking distance.
The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:00 am to ask if we were checking out.

The Mattress was not cushioned like my last stay so I slept on top of a pillow. The bathroom LED light was going out so it flickered everytime we turned on the light. The TV was so bright that the images looked distorted.

We don't have any complaints
My family and I have been saying at this hotel since April due to unforeseen circumstances causing emergency damage to our house. When we started working here, a lady named Shundra was the manager, and she was AWESOME. The staff was great, the hotel was so accommodating, our stay was perfect. As soon as she left and Diane Borkowski took over as the manager, this place has become awful. Diane is hired through the company that owns this hotel, AUM Enterprises, and is listed as the company’s regional director of operations. She could not care less about guests. She forced us to stop parking in the parking lot behind the hotel and relocated us to an entirely different lot blocks away that is not safe for me and my 1 year old child to walk to and from. She has no regard for what customers want or need. I would stay far away from her and far away from any hotel that she is associated with due to her lack of empathy for customers and selfishness. She will expect you to pay for parking that is not on site, and that is in an area you would not want to be walking around by yourself during evening and night hours. It’s so sad to see the negative change she has brought to this hotel. We will be leaving ASAP and never returning or recommending this place to anyone.
