Pros:

It was very clean and up to date. The staff were amazing. The lady working the front desk was so kind and had exceptional customer service skills

We had a great stay here and felt very comfortable!
Pros:

We loved that our room was so clean and spacious since we had our 2 kids with us. The room had plenty of seating for everyone without having to sit on the bed. We enjoyed the full size fridge in our room also since we stayed several nights!

Cons:

We were a little disappointed in the size of the indoor pool. The pictures online make it look a lot bigger than what it actually was but besides that everything was perfect. We did struggle figuring out how to park at first not knowing it was a gated parking lot in the back, once we parked upfront and checked in and paid for a spot in the gated parking lot then it was no big deal.b

Just ok, but friendly staff and good breakfast.

Breakfast was good and a nice perk.

Cons:

I should have researched the parking. Did not expect to pay $20 just to park in an outside lot. View was not good. Window blinds not fully operational....maybe to keep you from seeing the view.

Pleasant, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Nice breakfast and staff, convenient parking, was clean too. Large rooms.

Cons:

My son mistakenly entered locked room next to ours using the card pass to our room. Why did our room card pass allow entry into another room?
A couple from Houston, TX told me when they went to their room after checking in it was already occupied by someone else when they entered. Something is not working with the hotels card room pass system.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t check in until after 4 even though check in is listed as 3. We had been driving all day and once we did get our room, after we had entered we were told we needed to switch rooms because we had received the wrong room. As we were waiting to finalize everything they told us AGAIN we were in the wrong room and had to change. It was a mess, was not happy. Will not be staying there again.

Pros:

The room was spacious, wifi was constant, streaming channels were available, bedding was nice; I and my child slept well. Breakfast was outstanding; they even had overnight oats and chis pudding. Warning: Get to Breakfast before 7am; after that you're at the mercy of people who do not know how to use tongs and will touch the bread items with their hands and put it back.

Room was large , very nice .

Cons:

The bed was awful. We were told breakfast was at 615. We came down at 6 to leave and people were eating . So we missed breakfast .
