We don't have any complaints
My family and I have been saying at this hotel since April due to unforeseen circumstances causing emergency damage to our house. When we started working here, a lady named Shundra was the manager, and she was AWESOME. The staff was great, the hotel was so accommodating, our stay was perfect. As soon as she left and Diane Borkowski took over as the manager, this place has become awful. Diane is hired through the company that owns this hotel, AUM Enterprises, and is listed as the company’s regional director of operations. She could not care less about guests. She forced us to stop parking in the parking lot behind the hotel and relocated us to an entirely different lot blocks away that is not safe for me and my 1 year old child to walk to and from. She has no regard for what customers want or need. I would stay far away from her and far away from any hotel that she is associated with due to her lack of empathy for customers and selfishness. She will expect you to pay for parking that is not on site, and that is in an area you would not want to be walking around by yourself during evening and night hours. It’s so sad to see the negative change she has brought to this hotel. We will be leaving ASAP and never returning or recommending this place to anyone.
The rooms where very nice. Good location. Great breakfast. The staff of exceptionally helpful and kind.

The staff at the front desk was very rude and didn’t Acknowledge us and the young lady gave us a dirty room from the kitchen to the bedroom it was nasty

We were told that we could check in early because my wife just had surgery that am. We got here and nothing had been done. Waited an hour before room was ready.
No parking at hotel! Closest lot was 2 blocks. $31.00 a day.
Promised refreshments that evening only to find out that there was an extra cost for items!
Rooms were decent, but Drury Inn is so much better!
