Lovely hotel, great staff, excellent choice of food, good location, nice spacious modern room in the zensation block

This was our first stay here, having visited Corralejo many times previously. The hotel, staff, room and food far exceeded our expectations. Our junior suite was spacious with a large balcony and spotlessly clean. The range of food at breakfast and dinner was varied and very tasty. All the staff always had a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble.
We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for an April holiday.
Apparently there is a refurbishment planned for May. I said to Sebastian in reception I couldn't work out what they could improve as everything was so good. My only (really picky) comment is that I like to read on holiday and there was no 'library' shelf or corner with books to exchange (only a couple of magazine racks with an odd book).
A fabulous stay and we can't wait to return in April.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless — very clean and well maintained — which made our stay even more comfortable.
The staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Tony, who went above and beyond for us. He helped us with everything we needed and suggested some fantastic places to visit, which really made our trip extra special.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Had an excellent stay at Playa Park Zensation. It’s within walking distance to Main Street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We were a family of 8. Oldest being 77 and youngest being 6. The food was very good, always plenty of variety and choice both breakfast and dinner. The children’s entertainment team were excellent. Kept our 6 year old grandson entertained all afternoon and at the children’s disco in the evening. The rooms are spacious, we had 2 junior suites and 1 apartment. Rooms and grounds are kept spotlessly clean. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Family of 8 - different age range in the half term Feb holidays. Hotel in a good location, 5min walk from the Campanario shopping village and around 10-15min walk to the town or beach.
We had 3 room, which were allocated together all pool facing. Really clean, separate room for our 16yr old, tea/coffee provided and a small fridge. The beds were really comfy. Cleaned and towels changed daily.
Food always looked fresh, good breakfast choice and varied in the evening - found it a little better then previous hotels in the area. Staff always accommodated a table for 8.
Only 1 pool was useable as the others were too cold. But that was more than adequate.
Our 6yr old nephew loves the entertainers, especially Gino.
We would choose to stay here again.

First visit to this hotel and it definitely isn’t the last. Everything about it was Amazing The room was so large with plenty of storage and loungers outside on the deck. The food was delicious and plentiful and so much variety. Everything about it was fabulous so much so we’ve booked for June and November…Can’t wait

Lovely hotel. One of the best we have been too for food. We normally have to eat out to avoid bland over salted food. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner never heard of!. Our room in the Zensation block didn't get any sun and was cold. If that is the only complaint there was not to complain about. Can't wait to return. Thanks playa park

Fantastic. Just wanted a short break, arrived midday Wednesday departed Saturday mid afternoon, felt like we were away for a lot longer. We were all incisive and the food was great, nice choice, drinks were good, house wine only ok but fine with the meal.
Location, for some one who wants to walk a bit, was spot on, 10 min walk into town, the opposite way, out to the “sand dune” Would Definitely go here again.
The sort of place that works for all ages.

Solid holiday experience great entertainment for the family. Really enjoyed the entertainment during the day and the quiz/ bingo in the evenings. Clean rooms and great location

On arrival the check in experience was great, friendly efficient and quick. The room was very good, spacious and clean and the tv service was excellent. Food in the restaurant, excellent with varied choice every day. Pool area very appealing and no shortage of sunbeds. we enjoyed our stay very much, all the staff were very friendly and helpful

We had a lovely time at the hotel, the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The only criticism we had was there's an opaque window in the bathroom so if you put the light on during the night it also lights the bedroom. There's only one heated pool so most were very cold this time of year but probably fine in the hotter months.
The food was great especially the breakfast with real British sausages and the dinner's had plenty of choice.
The hotel was kept very clean throughout.
The hotel was close to a nice little park, a shopping centre bars and cafes and just a short walk to the beach.

The room had no storage no draws , dirty balcony , plug sockets didn't work , the bathroom door you couldn't open as heavy glass right in front of bed which was in the wrong position as you wake the other person in night by putting on the light and it shines through ,no hooks to hang anything , bathroom had no storage , shelves hooks etc , the food was awful , cold no choice , empty bowls staff dropping plates , glasses pepper pots , I ate once couldn't stomach it after that not enough tables for the amount of people , rude staff no atmosphere

Great holiday, 2nd year for us at this place. Great hotel and staff are so friendly. Gino is the main man...he makes the holiday amazing for the kids. If he's there, we will be back for sure!

Never been to Fuerteventura before so this would be a new experience. The Tui flight was good, around 4 hours. Fuerteventura airport was absolute chaos; the new EU system is operational but does not work properly. It’s a passport scan, photograph and fingerprints of your right 4 fingers. The machines kept crashing and not doing what they should. The staff were all good helping and trying but the queues were long as the machines just could not handle it. Lots of people were sent though for normal passport checking which helped but the systems were just not working properly. When eventually got through passport control the suitcases were on the carousel which had stopped so you had to walk around to find them, probably the amount of time it took to get through passport control. On the way back it was almost as bad with the systems crashing and not recognising passport/fingerprints and/or photos, had to register again, the EU needs to get this system sorted ASAP.

Coach trip around 40 minutes fine, the island looked good, roads good.

First impressions, which were confirmed as the time went on, of the hotel were very good, bright and very clean. Checked in, lots of information given, wristbands which I don’t like but they also contain your room key, neat and worked well. Our room was in the premium block opposite the pool, ground floor with terrace overlooking the pool. Big room and bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash all provided in dispensers on the wall. A ledge went the whole length of the walk-in shower, handy for other toiletries. The maid service was also good, asked for extra pillows of the first morning and they were there after coming back from breakfast, room cleaned and supplies topped up every day. The TV was mounted on the wall opposite the beds and had UK channels like BBC, ITV and Channel 4. There is an entertainment room and bar in the same block just behind the corridor but did not hear any noise from it or indeed neighbours both side and above. The Wi-Fi was good all over the parts of the hotel grounds visited. There is lots of artificial grass around the site making it look nice and which was swept every day adding to the clean well-maintained look. It is a short walk to some local cafes, restaurants, and shops plus a bus, number 6 from the roundabout just up from the hotel goes through the main town to the harbour. The same bus goes to the Islands capital Puerto del Rosario.

The restaurant is on the other side of the pool from our room, not far. Lots of tables, check in and sit anywhere. The food was very varied, nice salads, pizzas, roasts, stews, vegetables very impressed although have to say at times not piping hot. One thing notable is the pizzas, watch the chef making them, brilliant; oh, they also are great pizzas too, tasty, great crust and good. The staff in the restaurant are also brilliant working together, clearing, cleaning and resetting for the next guests. There was no tip jar in the restaurant so asked and you can give tips, which we certainly did as the staff are worth it, to the restaurant manager, just ask.

So, to conclude, it’s a great value for money hotel with good food, great staff, all of the ones I talked to all spoke English, and just perfect. Many thanks to you all.

I don't know about the entertainment as we went out every night.
The pools were lovely.
The outside space and balconies were of a good size with table and chairs plus sun loungers.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations . A great week away , it was truly excellant . The food was great and the drinks were excellant and the staff in these areas superb . The entertainment team of charley and gino were truly excellant
