Was charged a $65 deposit after messaging them a day prior to see if a deposit was needed and the answer was no.
Good location and price
All amenities were closed during my stay. The property was dirty due to construction. My sink was stopped up and I let the front desk know the first day and it never got fixed. No room service until I called and asked for the room to be cleaned. Everything was terrible. Mold in drains.

Our room was full of ants. We were in room 334. Moved us to Room 332 and it has a loud hvac unit. We Got no sleep. Had to be at the airport at 5 a.m. Had to get up at 3 a.m. for this flight. Got no sleep and no one at the front desk ever answered our calls. I’ll take that back. They only answered the first time for the ants in the first room. This was the worst trip ever and my very first time in houston. The hotel lobby furniture has rips and tears. Not very appealing to the eyes if this is the first thing a guest sees.
Although this wasn't a new hotel it was very clean. We booked a suite and it was really roomy and included a desk, sofa and mini-kitchen. The beds were super comfortable! It seemed very well constructed because you couldn't hear other guests in next door rooms. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower also. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The floors in the elevators were extremely dirty the floor in my room 408 was also dirty both could use a really good carpet clean there was a few stains on my sheets and leftover hair and one of the towels as a person who manage vacation rentals I know things like this happens from time to time so I really didn't make a big deal about it but the carpet area in the elevators was a big deal because that's the first impression for the guests along with the front desk Team

need new shower head with better flow....Moen is an outstanding one i have at home....also no maid service daily....i would pay extra had i been told it was every other day...
Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Initial check in did not go well because room was not ready. Staff found us another room that was ready to check in.
Dirtiest Home2 Suite I’ve ever stayed at. Rest room was dirty! Hair all over towels and shower. Also found hair on the bed. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all.
