Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel qui a du style
Pros:

L'hôtel situé à l'entrée de Santillana est d'entrée très accueillant de part son style, sa déco et son personnel très aimable. La chambre était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était convenable et le parking privé un gros avantage car Santillana est un village médiéval qui accueille de nombreux touristes même en mai.

Colonial - auch im Detail
Pros:

Lage praktisch für unsere Reiseplanungen, Personal freundlich und bemüht. Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Zimmer roch stark nach Kanalisation; darauf angesprochen, reagierte das Personal schnell, aber das Problem schien schon bekannt und ließ sich auch durch üppigen Einsatz von 'Abflussfrei' nicht nachhaltig lösen - nach kräftigem Lüften stank es nach wenigen Stunden weder. Reinigungspersonal redlich bemüht und sehr freundlich, aber hilflos, Duschkopf spritzte in alle Richtungen, der Mangel wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht abgestellt. Angebotener Kaffee zum Frühstück auf Niveau 'Truppenküche 1985', gegen Bezahlung bekam man etwas besseres aus dem bereitstehenden Siebträger. Matratzen ziemlich durch.

Absolutely stunning hotel, lovely staff, mega breakfast
Pros:

Location, price, decor, staff, breakfast was sublime, it’s a mega hotel and everyone in the area should stay here
