Lovely clean room on ground floor. Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Don't much care for Santillana. Too crowded. It is the jay walking capital of Spain. Hard to find a restaurant for evening meal.

Great location for exploring the village and surrounding areas such as Santander, Comillas, El Capricho de Gaudi and San Vicente de la Barquera. Young lad at reception was great and gave us loads of 'top tips'

Cons:

Off loading luggage a bit awkward as no 'pull in' and it wasn't obvious which was their car park. Their car park got full so late arrivals tended to block others. Small detail but worth mentioning. Room needed more pillows.

Pros:

Los propietarios y el personal fueron muy amables en todo momento. Está a unos pasos del centro de Santillana del Mar y tienen aparcamiento gratuito.

Cons:

La decoración es bastante antigua y falta luz y amplitud en las habitaciones. El no disponer de nevera en la habitación dificulta la estancia con niños. Hay ventilador, pero no aire acondicionado, lo cual es relevante si vas en épocas de calor.

Perfecto.
Pros:

ubicación perfecta, desayuno bueno y que cuente con aparcamiento es un extra en esa zona muy visitada. Para el personal solo tengo buenas opiniones desde luego volvería sin pensarlo al mismo hotel.

Cons:

Si tengo que poner alguna pega seria a la posición del ventilador que está un poco alejado de la zona de descanso...pero ni eso, por lo demas todo perfecto.
