We had an exceptional experience. From the moment we set foot on the property we received a warm welcome & the service felt customized and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us . We were also traveling with small children and they loved their stay and the staff so much that they didn’t want to leave . I highly recommend this property!

This hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about the service. The room was upgraded without asking. There were birthday surprises in my room every day. The music and ambience in the hotel were top-notch. There were always offering activities. Valet in the concierge’s were amazing and helpful With restaurants and getting us to our destinations.

Pros:

I could not have asked for better service and accommodations (okay breakfast was okay- not great). Amazing spa and fitness facility. Amazing views of the garden. When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were. This place is EXPENSIVE, but with every penny. I will be back.

The property upon arrival was quiet busy, Did not feel welcomed at arrival and had to make my way to the front desk to get noticed.
The front desk agent upon check in was more interested in upselling me into suite than welcoming me to the property.
