Pros:

En général tout était parfait, le confort des lits, la grandeur des suites, l'emplacement, la propreté

Cons:

notre chambre était pas prête à notre arrivée même si le check-in était à 15:00 et thermopompe dans la chambre très bruyante, personnel plus ou moins souriant

Buena estancia corresponde al precio y sitio. Limpieza y desayuno mejorable.
Pros:

La habitacion era muy amplia y comoda, el personal de recepcion de hotel excelente , nos han ayudado en todo y mas . Para una celebracion familiar nos ofrecieron un comedor privado .

Cons:

la limpieza era regular , porque segun quien limpiaba se lo hacia a medias , 1 dia no limpiaron suelo por ej y estaba sucio , el bater se limpiaron 1 vez al 5to dia de nuestra estancia de 6 dias . El desayuno era muy escaso . No se si es normal segun el sitio donde estamos, yo comparo con los hoteles europeos , era mi primera experiencia en este estado y sitio.

Great stay!
Pros:

These rooms are some of the cleanest rooms ive stayed in. The staff was amazing and made our stay stress free.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was there wasnt really any gluten-free options for the breakfast. So we'll probably skip that next time.

Overall great.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were kind

Cons:

I did not have any cash on me and there was no other way to obtain coins to use the washer and dryer.

It was nicely decorated and spacious rooms

Cons:

The cleanliness. There was mold spots in the shower, the duvet was covering a dirty comforter it was covered in the yellowing brown stains, there was dirty pots left under the cabinet literally still had pasta stuck in it, and we didn’t even cook.. not to mention when I was standing in the kitchenette area making some tea as I went to take a step the floor literally started peeling off and sticking to the bottom of my bare feet. You could literally see the outline of my foot on the floor as I peeled whatever was on the floor off my feet. (Pictures attached) The pool was freezing and so was the pool room the pool was definitely not heated which would be fine if they had kept the pool room at a decent temperature not the same as rest of the hotel.
