Overall Resort Medium Quality
Pros:

Upon arrival at the property, we noticed the resort looks dated and was in need of upgrades as far as overall look. It looks run down and needs to be cleaned up.

Check in is on the 19th floor and parking doesnt look secure. Our bedding had blood from prior occupants, so not sure the bedding was washed. We will not stay here again!

Margaritaville is showing signs of wear
Pros:

We have been staying here for four years in a row for cruising the coast. When you first enter the lobby, it’s is very nice and clean. We were on the 12th floor. When walking down the halls, I noticed the carpet was stained. Every door had marks on them. First impression of the room was nice and clean. Then noticed stains on three of the towels. The bed was very lumpy. You could only sleep in the middle of the bed because of the way it was worn. Baseboards were dirty. Floors in the bathroom were dirty. We were sadly disappointed with this stay.

I checked in 20 minutes before 4 o’clock and was charged $25, ridiculous right? The room I reserved was a king suite, I was expecting a small kitchen or a couch to sit on to watch tv, but no. It was only a king bed with a bunk bed and mini fridge.

Pros:

Bathroom outdated and not very clean. Room was okay. Kids yelling in the hall. And got woke up by dogs barking. I excepted alot better for almost $500.00

Very pleasant. But food very We had to take our own trash out. Wvery day we got more towels. At end of the 8 days we had quite a stack of fresh towels. Was cery funny. Wwe had a balcony king room. Sceneries from it was amazingly.

Loud guests in the room next door and loud music playing in the hallways all night. Some restaurants and swim up bar closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Tried to charge us to check in 45 min early

The shopping options were ok. No kitchen. The only breakfast options were muffins, pastries, and coffee in the small coffee shop unless you drove to a restaurant off site.
