Significant improvements are required at this property, both in terms of facilities—which need renovation throughout—and staff training. Regrettably, this was the poorest standard of accommodation I have encountered to date.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est toujous prêt à vous rendre service. Ce qui compense le côté vétuste du bâtiment pourtant si plein du charme d'antan.

L'établissement garde un certain charme, mais il perd de son potentiel à cause d'un manque de rajeunissement du cadre (manque de finitions, des équipements disfonctionnels) et du service restauration-bar à l'assiduité un peu imprévisible.

Nothing is likable in this hotel except its location. Very dirty with nothing working in the old rooms. We just checked out to go somewhere else.

Value for money. Somewhat run down especially in the bathroom and lighting departments. Stingy when it comes to towals.

Initial room assigned on 3rd floor with no elevator, no porter assistance, no running water, no phone in room, roaches, holes in sheet, blocked shower drain, holes in WC wall, no internet, and defective AC dripped water onto head of bed. We complained and were moved to the main floor, which was marginally better.
Hotel staff had poor communication skills and zero hospitality and helpfulness. Breakfast was deplorable and service was sullen. no concierge; receptionist refused to arrange a taxi for an early morning departure. Ex-pat travelers would find this facility unacceptable.

I was in town for a family business. i pick this hotel for it location. thes front desk staff were very nice but when i got in the room i was disappointed by the cleaness, one very old towels for my wife, daughter and I. broken TV one little light bubb for the whole room.

Bon accueil du personnel qui se met en quatre pour répondre à vos besoins, y compris le directeur de l'hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine locale, surtout le ndolé !

There won't be enough space to list all the bad experiences I had in this "hotel". Below are some of them.

I made a reservation (and paid online) through Travelocity's website. However, upon my arrival (at about 11 pm), I was told that there was no reservation in my name. The receptionist said that my travelocity receipt was a fake; I had to pay the for the first night (cash, local currency). I was only refunded on the next day...

There is (or there was) no Wifi in that hotel, which contrasted to what was on the ad.

The bed sheets looked dirty. The maid forgot to leave (their old) towels on many occasions. There was no hot water.

If you are still planning to stay there, do not accept any room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator in the facility and the "maintenance" is often done on the roof very late (after 10pm).
