Excellent
Pros:

We had an excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It’s fine for a one night stay due to its convenient location.
Pros:

The location was ideal for walking around Greenport. It had several lounges for hanging out. The facility was clean, except our room’s floor was very sticky.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and too low to the floor.

ZEY Hotel is truly a great experience with beautiful decor, cozy ambience, and fantastic service!
Pros:

I was here for four days. FANTASTIC!
Mike and his team were amazing. Excellent service. Beautiful boutique hotel and an excellent restaurant with the best martinis and great menu with lots of healthy delicious options. Chef came out to chat with all the guests every night to make sure everything was good. I can’t say enough about the bartenders and servers. I’ll be back to see Mike and his team at the ZEY Hotel for sure!

Pros:

No one was at front desk upon arrival. Had to call for someone to come and check us in. Took several minutes but then they quickly showed us to our room. Overall nice boutiquey hotel with lits of lounges for a group to socialize.
