お得感は間違いなくあります、

連泊しましたが、まず、シャワーを浴びていたら、壁に髪の毛がたくさんついていた。また部屋のテレビは一度でつかず、何度か電源を入れたり切ったりしてようやく見ることができた。

Location is great, really close with food, transportation also shopping district. Staff is professional even I don't really have Good japanese language skill.

Cons:

Since it at middle of entertainment district, there is some drunk people around but it's not hotel fault so it's not that a problem

時期も悪かったが、ここに泊まって良かったなーと思うところが特にありませんでした。

Cons:

連泊の場合、11:00までにタオルを出さないとタオル交換しませんみたいなの、あんな言い方で言う必要があるのか疑問。
