緊急時でもほっとできたのが良かった
Pros:

まさかの雪で夜行バスが欠航で、急遽宿泊しました。
夜中にも関わらず、スタッフさんの温かい対応で安心して過ごすことができました。
栄の中心からもそんなに遠くなくとても便利でした。

Cons:

シャワーカーテンの臭いがちょっと気になりました。

I've stayed there for about 4 or 5 visits and will stay there again.
Pros:

The elderly staff who serve breakfast are always the highlight of my stay. They are probably in their 70s or 80s, move very slowly, but are wonderful. They take pride in their work and even speak limited English. The front desk staff are wonderfully helpful as well, but the elderly breakfast servers always bring a smile to my face. With a breakfast choice of 4 options, there's something there for everyone.

Cons:

Viewing out the window from my room showed another building about 3-5 meters away. I wish there were more children staying there. Seeing children in hotels always makes me happy as well.

裸足で部屋を歩くはめになった

栄駅からあまり遠くない、コンビニが近い

Cons:

まさかスリッパまでフロントから持って行かなければならないとは思わなかった。初めて利用するのに、何の案内も無かった。フロントの横に置いてあれば気付くのが当たり前と自分勝手な理解が怒りに繋がる。
