שימו לב שהאיזור שממוקם בו המלון זה לא איזור שהייתי ממליצה לישראלים לישון בו

Very comfortable, clean hotel. But I won't stay again due to the homophobic attitude of management.
Pros:

Great location, suited to my specific need for this trip.
Handy to all transportation.
Room always clean. Very comfortable room.

There was a lot of street noise from below, although it gets quieter after midnight.

Le camere odorano di fumo.
La finestra della mia camera era chiusa a chiave e non si poteva aprire, non potendo cambiare aria.
La vista dalla finestra dava su un muro e una scala antincendio.
Non c'è l'asciugacapelli.
Hanno delle politiche restrittive per gli ospiti, non sono ammessi ladyboy e ospiti che hanno solo la copia del passaporto e non l'originale, visto che molti potenziali ospiti girano con la copia del passaporto per paura di perderlo di fatto escludono moltissime persone, in zona Nana è una politica assurda. Non ammettere i ladyboy lo trovo discriminatorio, quando ho chiesto il motivo hanno detto perchè sono persone che creano problemi, di fatto pregiudicando tutta la categoria. Sono stato in altri due hotel nella stessa zona e non avevano questi problemi.
La zona sarebbe buona, zona Nana, a poche centinaia di metri da Nana Plaza, però in quella parte di strada ci sono più homeless del solito e persone dall'aspetto poco raccomandabile.
Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Può andare bene per dormire una notte e scappare via.

Confusing and rude.

We called first to ask if there was parking and we were told there was as we booked last minute. But ok maybe that’s our fault. We arrived at the hotel and asked again where the parking was and the lady was rude, then she said she wasn’t expecting any guests, we gave her my name and she said that she couldn’t see our reservation, but we had a car full of people kids and baggage so we needed somewhere else fast. We booked down the road, then called back asking about the refund. She told my wife in Thai language that she was crazy and she never said she couldn’t find our reservation. Then she proceeded to read out our reservation name. Very rude staff and confusing experience.
